Recommended off my old neighborhood page, made an apt (first time) explained my issues, I was in a lot of pain, spent a bit of time on the phone making the appointment. Was told they noted my account that I was in a lot of pain and get here to be told “your massage therapist called in sick”. They had left a message on my vm but I was driving as I’m coming from Justin (passing 25 other places). No attempt to call back again or make another effort aside from 1 call to reach me. Won’t be trying this again.

I have been going to Melt for years and they’ve always been a 10/10, but this time I went, I was 30 weeks pregnant! I’ve never had a prenatal massage before and frankly, I’m not sure why I waited so long! Roxanne was AMAZING! I struggle with sciatica during pregnancies to the point where I can barely move some days, and she knew exactly how to help. She focused on all the right areas of where I explained my pain was and she was spot on. By the end of the session, I felt like a completely different person. She was kind, easy to talk to, and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. If you’re pregnant and struggle with sciatica or just want a prenatal massage for all over care, go see Roxanne—I can’t rave about her enough. I will be going back before I give birth!

Excellent Swedish massage by Cara. There was no annoying attempt to sell me a membership! They offer a teacher discount, and I did get a punch card to work my way to a free 60-min. massage. I’ll definitely be back! Good vibes, understated music, friendly staff, and an easy location for me.

Listen, as a mom who’s basically a zookeeper for my feral boys (yes, they climb furniture, hiss when cornered, and survive solely on PB&J some days), I didn’t realize just how tense my body had become. Enter Cara the Miracle Worker. From the moment she started, I knew I was in the hands of a professional. Her deep tissue massage wasn’t just a massage—it was a full structural renovation. She found knots in places I didn’t know I had muscles. At one point, I’m pretty sure she negotiated a peace treaty between my shoulder blades and my neck. For one glorious hour, I wasn’t Mom—I was just a puddle of gratitude on her massage table. I think I even drooled a little, and honestly, I’m not even embarrassed. If you’re a parent running on caffeine and hope, do yourself a favor: book an appointment with Cara. She’s not just giving massages—she’s restoring sanity, one knot at a time. 10/10 would recommend.

The place is cute and they had relaxing sounds playing. I got a 30 minute Swedish massage and age defying facial. Let me start with the facial, they were out of the age defying mask so I did the Illuminating one. My face was not illuminating when I left.. I had some sort of cream or something peeling/balling up on my face. The facial strokes felt like she was taking her finger tips and tap dancing on my face.. the jade roller was legit just one stroke each direction. There was no shoulder massage like other places. The head massage was also about 1 minute. When she had me under the light, she was at the sink washing all her supplies. 🥴 the massage.. it was a good massage but Swedish massages are usually medium to light pressure. I woke up this morning and my back is extremely sore. She worked my knots but too much. My back feels like it’s been used as a punching bag. Would I come back? Probably not

Wonderful ambience and comfy treatment bed. We went in for the age defying facial and although it was a pleasant experience I was disappointed they did not include the neck and décolleté for this price point. Everything cut off right at the chin. There was no proper skin analysis and the jade roller massage was like 1 minute and so feather light I barely felt anything. It seemed the esthetician was right out of school and not confident in her strokes yet. We still enjoyed our experience and the skin products provided great smoothness. This was for fun but for the cost I’d rather go somewhere else.

Had a great couples massage with Roxanne today. Our normal room is towards the back, and it was set up so that my wife and I could talk to one another. But as usual - the massage was great and I didn't spend any time talking with my wife. Roxanne found all of the muscles to work, and did an amazing job. Will be back again in 6 weeks for our next appointment.

We had a couples massage here today, and while the massage itself was good, I was very disappointed that it was in fact not a couples massage. They put us in separate rooms with an adjoining door claiming it was a couples massage. We were feet to feet so basically couldn’t be farther from each other. We couldn’t see each other or talk and were in completely different rooms. This is definitely not the place to go for a couple’s massage.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 60-minute Swedish massage with Annette at the spa. She was exceptional, identifying my problem areas and effectively working out stubborn knots. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Whenever I'm in town, I will definitely return and request Annette for future massages. The spa's atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, with soothing décor that instantly puts you at ease. The scent of lavender and lemongrass upon entering creates a calming ambiance, reminiscent of a warm embrace from a loved one. The front desk staff was welcoming and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience. Melt has become one of my favorite spas, and I look forward to visiting again soon.

As someone who alternates between Massages & Facials, I love the flexibility of my monthly membership at Melt. Not only is the staff all so kind, but the facility itself is super clean, and services are appropriately priced. For facials, I highly recommend Molly (she’s amazing and knowledgeable) and Jennifer for massages (perfect combination of relaxing and healing).
