I have used both Jasmine and Anna for waxing. They are both very sweet and thorough individuals. They care about their customers and treat them like family. Every person I’ve dealt with melted co Is so professional. I had very bad experience at a local waxing place that does sugaring specifically and the owner is very unprofessional. I am so thankful now I have found a place that only not are they professional to their customers , but customers have confidentiality with their conversations. Always looking forward to my next visit!

I got my very first Brazilian and Veronica was amazing. She was very professional but was still personable, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The establishment itself was clean and inviting , and I will definitely be back.

Knocked off 3 stars because of how ridiculous the Brazilian wax price is. It used to be 65$. Now you have to add on butt strip for an additional 29$ deffiently not coming back

Took my 15 year old daughter in to have her brows waxed by Veronica and let me tell you , she was amazing and so precise with her work! My daughter has beautiful full brows that just needed to be cleaned up and they look phenomenal! Her attention to detail was amazing! Great customer service and work!

Honestly the best 1st time experience. Veronica is a sweetheart and makes you feel so comfy. Both ladies greet you with open arms and chatting with them makes you feel like you’ve known them for yearsss.. so happy with the results and experience! :)

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I've always been iffy and self conscious about going to a places about to preform hair removal but they always made me feel comfortable and get the job done as painless as possible. Trust me I was really nervous, but they made it towards that now when I come to my appointments, I check in and go about my business lol. Melted.Co is always clean and neat, I love they're what I like to call "pamper me pink" walls gives it a nice touch, the layout has always make me feel like (Oh yes! They're about to make me look good! Lol) this company is a professional at what they do! I rate 5 starts because of all the months I've gone to them I was never disappointed nor do I think I will be in the future. Because they take they're time at what they do to get the job done, because the price is well fair worth it! But mostly because THEY EARNED IT. And because I know that whoever I bring to them they will make them feel the same way. That's why I'll keep coming back.

I went for a Brazilian and a leg wax. I've never gotten waxed before so I was super nervous but the esthetician was super patient and understanding. She was gentle but quick and it hurt so much less than I thought it would. The place had a positive, peaceful vibe and it was very clean. Ladies if you're thinking about getting a Brazilian go for it, it's totally worth it!! I feel like a beautiful hairless dolphin.

Overall, Veró has been my favorite waxer. She is friendly welcoming and has always taken care of her clients. Everyone should go to her, she will always give you good after care instructions. If you have any questions you can ask and she’ll always answer. 💓

Great place. Reasonably priced. Decor is feminine and that had great customer service. Veronica waxed my eyebrows and they were a hot mess. Ill definitely be going back and i recommend them for sure.

I had just heard about this place, and I will definitely be returning back!! Seriously the service was 1000/10! Veronica really went the extra mile to make sure I would get the best results/experience. I went for a spray tan, during the appt I was very comfortable and Veronica made sure to make me look amazing!! (It was for my birthday) she made sure she didn't miss a spot. My appt was on a Thursday, and today is Monday and i'm still 90% glowing! I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in need of a spray tan. If you are thinking of trying this place out, DO IT! The place is super clean and the customer service is amazing.
