Chelsi was in direct contact with me within 20 minutes of setting up my appointment online. She listened to what I wanted, worked in what needed to be done to help me reach my goal, was very kind and courteous, and her professionalism was beyond expectation. I had another appointment set up with her for 30 days out before I even left the building.

Very professional, No baby sitting and talking phone calls while doing your hair. She was gentle. I am very tender headed. I loved my style. If you have issues with hair growth...ask for her oil.The oil moisturized my locs and my hair has grown wildly...I can hardly wait for my next appointment!!!!

Chelsi was extremely professional & finished my hair in no time. We even had a mishap with me getting the incorrect hair, but it didn't affect my appointment at all. I definitely recommend her. She seemed very knowledgeable about healthy hair as well and I even booked her for a future date for some much needed hair maintenance.

Fist time at the salon the conversations leading up to the visit was very honest and she listened to what I had to say.she worked quickly but did quality work accurately Her personal appearance was neat and professional she had a caring positive attitude. Covid protocols were in place which was important to me. Was greeted warmly the pricing was reasonable. Salon had a good vibe will definitely be going back.
