Romany did an amazinggggg job on my hair and his service was excellent!! I told him I had whiplash from a car accident I was just in and he was so gentle, provided breaks, etc. My hair is soft, luscious and bouncy. I will definitely be coming back.

Ladies, be warned. I’ve been going to this establishment for a while now ever since Kiro was working there. So much has changed at this salon. As soon as you come in, they pressure you into getting services you don’t need or want such as a hot oil treatment claiming you need it and then try to wear you down to get a keratin treatment as well. A trim cost $15 and so does the hot oil and deep conditioner. When I went, the guy that did my hair closed the door on my face and then tried to provide me with services I didn’t want. And the guy that washed my hair got water in my eyes. Despite the poor service, I will say they did a good job on my hair, but I don’t see myself coming back anytime soon. Also a heads up if this is your first time coming here, they don’t know English very well or speak, they speak in their native tongue.

I came in shop in rush to get to an event. I told the guy at register how quickly can I get done. I was out in about an hour and half wth gorgeous hair. Joe was my stylist that day. Thank you wth tons of compliments that are still coming did days later. My hair is still flawless.

I've been coming to Mena's for years, and they ALWAYS do a fantastic job with my hair. I never have to worry about anything. Yes, it can get a little pricey, but you pay for quality. Special thanks to Emad, I think he's usually the guy that does my hair whenever I'm in there. Great place, great service and great results

Horrible!!!!! Training on my child’s head and damaging it. The staff was laughing while they were making mistakes. Hair fell out due to blow drying her after letting it sit and getting dried outs Quoted $55 cash payment and then stated price increase to $70! Mind you I was just there 2 weeks ago. Spoke with manager and he said we don’t understand because of language barrier. Incorrect!

Good experience for our first time. They had a last minute hair appointment on a Sunday for both me and my mom. Abraham did an excellent work definitely going back and taking my family.

I only gave them stars because of availability. However it felt like I was getting hustled the entire time I was at the location. Marketing is one thing but hustling customers is another! The man who eashed my hair was way too aggressive... I like a good hair wash but if he scratched any harder my scalp would have bleed from his long nails... the stylist keep getting my hair stuck in flat irons and burnt my scalp at least 3 times!!!

The guy washing my hair was way too aggressive. He was painfully scratching my scalp and my neck even after I told him to stop. The owner, Emad, burned my scalp with the flat iron at one point while he was distracted talking to one of the other employees. To his credit he did apologize afterwards. To top it all off they didn’t get my hair that straight. The service at Yehia’s downtown is MUCH better and is where I usually go, but this place is closer to my house so I wanted to try it.

This salon is terrible. They don’t know how to detangle African American hair. They don’t detangle just come through. They try to get you more services then needed.

Great stylists but don't turn around and play like your English isn't good when it comes to price. He told me "8-0" in the chair out charged me $220 put the door. I love my hair but if I can't trust you to give me the right price-WHEN RENT IS STILL DUE, it ain't worth coming back

My hair is long and very thick, getting it done gives me soooo much anxiety. I started to cry, and hyperventilate and all of the employees surrounded me, and began conforting me. They finished my hair and it was beautiful. I've only been back once since then, but they're my go to from now on.

Caused extreme heat damage. My natural curl pattern has not reverted after over a month. I washed my hair after only a week because the burnt smell was intolerable. While washing my hair, I noticed a patch of hair broken off hair less than an inch long. Pretty sure the stylist burned my hair out and didn't say a word. Beware of this place because it doesn't seem like they actually care about the health or know how to care for our hair.

Fried my hair to a crisp . Everywhere I go can’t help but hear comments about he aroma of burnt hair . No bounce no volume scalp dry yet they put oil in my hair because it is very stiff and greasy like . Yet the nap of my neck still nappy looks as if they attempted nothing at all . First and last time trying will not recommend . They try to upsale everything to you even danruff shampoo . Overall not satisfied will not return

Highly Unsatisfied, Ridiculous long wait with embarrassments -manager family making fun of me not understanding I have health issues. $5 credit/debit card fee , non English speaking/ understanding workers , burned my hair with the blow dryer while metal pins were in my hair. Even after telling them it’s too hot and jerking away.Bounced from chair to chair and getting pushed back so others can go before after telling me I was next in chair, after asking who was after the person currently in the chair. I WONT BE BACK!!!

Prices were good but the guy washing hair was wearing gloves and didn’t wash my scalp good so my dandruff was on 10!! (In picture it’s just dandruff!) So can say their silk presses are cheap about $60 ! And they last a long time but I won’t be back simply due to the fact my hair wasn’t washed good. The silk press is still going strong 20 days later but Yeahh I’ll stick to 35th

Y’all don’t come here, they don’t give silk presses they just flat iron the hair and their woke is not good and then they charge you more for stupid stuff a day after my hair has puffed. I’m so mad yall please don’t come here waste of $85
