I was very happy when I found this salon. It offers hair washing and braids. Most salons in KY don’t have this feature which is sad. I love everyone at Meraki. Very clean and pleasant.

Miracle did an excellent job on my daughter's hair. As a first time client, I was really impressed! Miracle is friendly and professional. She was very thorough and precise in cutting and styling my daughter's hair!! Definitely will be going back!!

I’m delighted. Monete is the sweetest professional. She listened and made suggestions. She guide me through the process. Monet did an excellent job on my hair. She was punctual, professional and friendly. She did my hair exactly how I wanted and was careful not to rip my hair out. Most natural hairdressers I've been to get in a hurry and rip your hair out, but she was really gentle

I booked with Melissa and she was absolutely wonderful! I booked to get color done from brown to red and the color came out beautifully and my curls are still healthy which was very important to me. She was professional and knowledgeable and was very thorough explaining the risk for the color that I desired and making a plan that best suited me and my hair. I highly recommend and if you’re wanting color book with Melissa!

I had an appointment scheduled tomorrow (2/12) with Melissa but I got an email that needed to be cleared up. I just got off the phone with them and ended up cancelling with Melissa because of her unprofessionalism/attitude. Melissa answered when I called and I explained the email and asked for her to verify dates because I cancelled previous appointments but believed it was within their cancellation window of 24 hours and I wanted to still come in tomorrow. She called Jailyn over to the phone to assist me but told her I had an attitude before she handed the phone off to her. Jailyn was very professional, helpful and actually got down to the bottom of it (I changed a lot of my previous appointments) but I was cleared to go in tomorrow. I asked who answered the phone before we hung up and it was Melissa so I cancelled my appointment with her because that is very unprofessional and not a great look even if that's how she felt which I really didn´t and I explained that to Jailyn as well because that shocked me. I won´t purposely allow anyone in my space who is so openly negative, maybe she was having a bad day or something but thats really not an excuse either. I´d give Jailyn 5 stars just for her customer service and thank you again for helping figure things out.

I can’t speak highly enough of this salon as a whole. I will not be going anywhere else. Jailyn is the definition of perfection when it comes to healthy hair, braids, twist, etc. I’ve been getting compliments daily as a result of her work! Keep up the great work!

I was charged $85 for a silk press that didn’t last 10 minutes outside. I had my a/c on the whole ride home. I use to get my hair straightened all the time from a different salon with much more humidity outside. And my hair lasted the full two weeks. I reached out the “hair stylist” that did my hair and she told me to put rollers in it. No offer of compensation for the subpar work I received. Didn’t receive any sympathy or even an offer to redo my hair. Bottom line is save your money, or go to the Go natural salon in that same area. Don’t get robbed like I did.

Nowadays it's very hard to find stylist that believes in hair care and hair growth. Melissa is absolutely amazing. From her personality down to her technique of how she washes your hair. She also has two other stylists in the shop that are absolutely great as well. This shop is your ONE STOP SHOP for all your hair needs .

Jailyn does my trim, treatments and silk press’. She never fails. So professional and great to work with. I have a lot of allergies and she even triple checks the ingredients for me. My boyfriend now also goes to her. Monet is bomb with braids as well.

Went in for a silk press and treatment. Literally the best experience I received. Jailyn my stylist took great care for the actual health of my hair and paid great detail to what I wanted from the experience. She has definitely earned a life-long customer. I’m just waiting for my next appointment!
