Dr. Primka and his assistant Audrey did an excellent job removing a hickey from inside my ear. It was pain free and quick! The new patient portal system is overly complicated to get working at the user’s end. I gave up and I’m not interested in pursuing. Also, I’m sorry I gave them permission to take my picture. It is totally unnecessary.

Dr. Primka and his staff was very professional, helpful and caring. The ladies at check-in was pleasant and helpful also. We would recommend DAK to anyone in need of a Dermatologist check them out and ask to see Dr.Primka !

Good visit. Long wait due to new software system. Being in IT, the data was not ported over correctly leaving the staff to enter the data. Understood that even the first and last names were switched and the staff had to change themselves. Before the next office is upgraded, I suggest the implementation plan be changed to perform more robust data conversion testing. This suggestion is made based on my 30 years in IT. The visit with Kevin Blazer was great and his assistant was wonderful. They answered all my questions very well.

I have always had a positive experience since coming to this location. I receive an injection every 2 weeks. Everyone I have encountered has always been very professional and friendly. Highly recommend this facility.

I have been going here for years and seeing Dr Primka and his staff are the best. They are very professional and really good. They and the other staff are friendly ,kind and courteous!! On my first visit years ago Dr Primka walked in and in 5 minutes he had diagnosed me with a genetic disease that causes basal skin cancers and other problems. I had been trying for years to find out what was causing my problems and had been to several Drs. It's a hour and half drive for me to get to the office ,and my home is only 10 minutes from a dermatologist where I live , but the drive is well worth it when you have a great doctor !!!!

I love this Doctor's practice and all the associates. They are always so caring and will do everything in their power to help you. I called with a new UTI at 10:00am. And had an appointment at 2:45 that day. I was worked in and saw an amazing person that immediately identified my UTI and issued a prescription. She also explained to me they would be sending the culture in the ensure the antibiotic would take care of the problem. Then within two days I received an email that verified the antibiotic would take care of the UTI and instructed me to be sure and take the entire prescription. They are all so caring and I love the entire staff.

I saw Cam for Botox. She was very patient and listened to all my questions. She went over several different options with me, and I am very pleased with the results! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I saw Dr. Primka for a consultation for a little surgical procedure I need to have on my face. These 5 stars all belong to him. I was extremely impressed by his kind and gentle demeanor. He patiently explained the procedure to me, answered my questions thoroughly and drew a little diagram to give me a visual that greatly increased my understanding, and did not walk out the door until he was sure I didn't have any other questions or concerns. I left feeling "heard" and "valued". I now am 100 percent certain that this is definitely the doctor I want to perform this procedure. He is knowledgeable, kind, and I fully believe he is very competent in his field. What a wonderful visit. We truly need more doctors like this and then maybe things wouldn't be so scary.

My husband & I have both had different issues & have always gone to DAK. Always a pleasant experience..we have had Dr Miller who is doing only surgical procedures. We have had several appts with Melissa Hedrick. She is wonderful! Very friendly, very professional and listens!! Very happy with all experiences at DAK!

Plenty of close parking. Check in was simple. My dermatologist is very thorough and pleasant. I was out in less than an hour and that was on the first day they were using some new system of checking in and apologized for the delay.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this spa! I went for botox and lip filler today for the first time @ Meridiem Farragut and I am just THRILLED with the results!! I saw Cam Cunning and my lips have never looked so perfect! I live in Scottsdale, AZ but come to Knoxville to see my daughter every few months so Cam will be my official go to girl for everything!!!
