--- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of visiting Nancy at Merle Norman on Battleground Avenue, and I can’t recommend her enough! As someone who typically lives in jeans and a t-shirt, I was a bit nervous about stepping out of my comfort zone for a party honoring my beloved sister-in-law. However, Nancy patiently transformed me into a glamorous disco diva, and the results were nothing short of amazing. She dedicated several hours to my makeover, ensuring every detail was perfect. My goal was to surprise my brother so much that he wouldn’t even recognize me, and Nancy absolutely delivered! When I arrived at the party and shook his hand, he looked completely clueless until I revealed my name. The look on his face was priceless! The entire experience was incredibly fun, and I couldn’t have pulled it off without Nancy’s expert skills and guidance. If you’re looking for a fabulous makeover, Nancy is your go-to! Thank you, Nancy, for making me feel like a true disco queen!

Nancy Ham was very helpful when I visited the Merle Norman store on Battleground last week. I went in intending to purchase one or two items, but walked out with four, but in no way did Nancy pressure me. She spent a lot of time with me and made good suggestions. I am very happy with the products I purchased and will be returning.

Rediscovering MN skincare and makeup products has been life changing for me. Tracy has been so helpful and she is a great resource for me. She always takes the time to answer any questions, make me feel comfortable and she never pushes me to purchase products. I love the things she has recommended for me, have developed a whole new skincare routine, and I look forward to being a regular at Merle Norman!

Amy worked me in (same day) to have a skin procedure done on my eyelid. I was late due to a traffic jam but she was very understanding and waited for me. During the procedure, she talked me through everything and made me feel very comfortable. She is a top notch professional! Super nice and welcoming. I will definitely come back to see Amy for any future skincare concerns.

Tracey Comer did a fantastic job on my makeup today! My son graduated from high school tonight so I went into Merle Norman so that I would be “picture ready.” I don’t wear makeup often so she did a natural look and it was perfect for the occasion. It even lasted through the heat of the day and into the evening. I will definitely be returning to see Tracey again!!

Elaine at the battleground location is so thoughtful and joyful. She made my shopping experience wonderful. Her hand written thank you card was the best and most impressive touch that I have seen in a customer service setting. I truly appreciate this type of customer service. It still exists! Lady did not know what she was doing except trying to get me to spend $182 on a few items. She then didn't listen to what I told her I wanted and sold me the wrong thing. I didn't realize it til the next day when I was going to use my new moisturizers and had face wash. Unreal then she wanted me to drive back out there to exchange it and of course it would be more money.

My wife loves this place. Staff is professional, helpful and courteous. Great selection. We drive from Siler City to visit this shop. There are others closer but not nearly as good

I shop at the Merle Norman on Battleground quite frequently. I usually talk to Ann. She is very professional, courteous and always gives you lots on information about the product you are purchasing. Always a nice experience. I highly recommend this shop.

Extremely rude nail technician. She filed her toenails and fingernails during MY appointment. Made me feel like a big inconvenience, as she had so much to do and not enough time in the day. When I asked her to use a utensil instead of her nail to clean nail polish around my finger she got indignant. When my nails were drying under uv, she asked NEXT client "did you get my text messsge"? When my nails dried she told me if I paid she would throw my money away, she threw my rings and watch at me and told me to get out. I will be going elsewhere.

Linda Walls, my nail technician at Merle Norman on Battleground Ave. is the best. Her high standards are evident in her hand filing manicures - no machinery used! and her exceptional focus on cleanliness in both manicures and pedicures. Her attention to detail results in beautiful manicures and pedicures. She is the ultimate professional. All the staff I have met at Merle Norman have been friendly, helpful and know their products. Linda referred me to Angie for a face and eyebrow wax and she does an excellent job and is now my go to person. This is a great shop.
