Viktoria’s space was really clean and welcoming (love the decor)! She did a great job with the wash and blow dry. I don’t think I’ve had a more thorough hair wash. Great experience :)

I had a full highlight two weeks ago and I am very happy with the result. Viktoria is very skillful and devoted to getting even the details correct. This is my second time going to Viktoria for my hair and I will sure be coming back. Thank you for doing a great job Viktoria.

Holy moly, Viktoria knows how to take care of wavy/curly hair! Never in my 30+ years of getting haircuts has somebody taken the time and care to style my natural waves instead of just blowing them straight or messily diffusing my already nearly dry, combed out hair into a ball of frizz. What a treasure! Looking forward to going back!

OMG! Such a brilliant master! Viktoria not just a hair stylist she is hair specialist! She gives a lot of useful advice how to take care of fuzzy damaged highlights to restore/keep hair in good healthy shape. My highlights was holds more than 3 months besides that I have a lot of gray hair around my face (they was not noticed more than 3month!). After her magic hands my hair’s grow like crazy about 5-7 inch and I became looking like yang Briddgite Bardot (my husband in love again like 25years ago, he loves long and beautiful hair:) If you want looks 10years younger became attractive and get impressive attention again only she can do that miracle turn. Absolutely recommend every one! She deserves 10stars of 5!

She canceled on me 3 times for absolutely no reason. So rude with her response. So nonchalant. BUYER BEWARE. Do not book her for nah services !! She will cancel on you multiple times for NO REASON.

This place was so hard to get to speak to someone on the phone. So I decided to stop by and was rudely greeted with stylist Viktoriia which was not friendly. I wouldn't want any one with a terrible attitude doing my hair. I went with a friend and even my friend was surprised at the way she express herself.

Viktoria is extremely skilled at her craft. Beyond being centrally located in a beautiful independent location right near Rockefeller Center, she has extensive knowledge about hair care and was extremely helpful in bringing my damaged hair back to life! I’m looking forward to seeing her regularly.

After conducting meticulous research, I decided to take a family member to Viktoria on a Sunday. My relative's stylist retired three years ago and everyone seems to miss the mark so the tiresome search continued.....until now. I can safely say that Viktoria's coiffeuse skills seemed to emanate from the fountain of youth. It is almost as if her own aura, charm, elegance, transparency, and etiquette becomes reflected in the haircut. She is honest and not one solely motivated by a profit motive. Her lovingly intelligent purpose is to adhere to a strict work ethic and use a scissor carefully and slowly, with a sense of purpose and beautiful dynamism. She listens to the customer and respects what they request while providing non-contradictory justifications for what her plan of action is to realize those desires. At one point, I thought I was looking at a surgeon as she was so precise, not rushing and ensuring quality. It is rare to find persons who still use a scissor as an artisan chisels marble. Viktoria knows how to adopt that scientific method while allowing her artform to flourish.

Victoria is incredible! Super knowledgeable hairstylist, I went for a haircut and was impressed by her skills as well as her commitment to hair beauty and health. I visited Victoria for the first time this past Saturday. She was accommodating, communicative, and super kind! It was my first haircut in the city so I was nervous. She listened and made several recommendations that will keep me coming back. It was also the first time someone cut my hair while it was curly instead of straightening it first or charging extra. A 12/10 experience.

I was recommended to Victoria by my sister who is also a hairstylist. I found Victoria to be knowledgeable, patient and extremely diligent. She works with the client to achieve the best outcome. I wear short hair, pixie cut, so not everyone can do a good job. However I was very impressed with Victoria’s haircut. My hair looks pretty awesome! I will definitely go back to Mermaid beauty salon! Thanks Victoria!

OMG amazing hair master! I’m absolutely empress with Viktoria’s work, she did perfect highlights and significantly rejuvenate my hair they are so silky and took 1sec brush now. She works very gentle with my super super superrrr sensitive scalp and gives me a grate massage I almost fall a sleep so relaxing. Gorgeous master with respectful personality in private room definitely she will be my hairdresser now so happy that I finally find master and service that I was dreaming for very reasonable price. What a great experience. Victoria is very knowledgeable and explains everything so well. She cut my hair differently than it's ever been cut with the shape of my face in mind. I highly recommend her.
