I LOVED my experience at Mesa Spa!! Mary is phenomenal! Right when the massage ended, I told her that was the best massage I’ve ever received in my life. Her pressure is perfect, not too hard, but not gentle. It’s definitely what I needed especially weight lifting + cardio 4x a week. I loved my experience so much that I booked another massage within a week! They’re very easy to book with & give you a discount for paying cash. I’ll be a customer for life :)

I came here with ClassPass and had the stone massage. It was so relaxing and I felt so much better after. The place is clean and peaceful and the massage was amazing and at a great value!

There were no words to describe how out of this world good the massage I received at Mesa spa was. Let me preface by saying I like firm intense Thai massages and this place delivers on that. At times, it’s almost painful but nothing compares to how good you feel the next day after a Thai massage. Ask for Mary - she will take good care of you. Highly recommend.

Ask for Daniel or Mike. They give great full body massages. Highly recommend either of them. Update 2022 Daniel has moved to a different spot @ 4u massage in Santee. Both still amazing massages.

Good massage. Fairly basic environment. If you need to relax your muscle and mind for a fair price, great place. If your wanting luxury pampering with tranquil environment may look else where. We enjoy this place. Avoid the front room if you can though. It has a covered window to the front of the building and can get distracting. The rest of the rooms a distraction free.

Amazing massage from start to finish, I went in with so much back and neck pain and I left mesa spa like a newborn baby! No more pain I enjoyed every minute of my massage and the hot stones are definitely a must ! Foot scrub is also so good! 1000% recommend this place Shout out to Lily my massage therapist of today thank you so much for taking my pain away, I didn't even have to tell you anything you hit every area I needed spot on... Thank you, will definitely be coming back!

My masseuse Sophia was very thorough and addressed all the aches and pains I had concerns about. It was a great massage by a skilled therapist. Just as a side note, tip is still expected even if you’re booking through an app such as ClassPass, and around $20 would be expected if it’s a 90 min massage. I recommend bringing cash to appointments such as these because there is always going to be a discount and no extra charges.

Wow... GO! I am on my feet for work so I get massages at least monthly and I need them to be effective. This was absolutely effective, Anna did an amazing job. I asked her to focus on my shoulders and neck with firm pressure and she delivered. 90 mins of bliss. I will 100% be going back to see Anna.

I am a regular to Mesa Spa, and think all the masseuses are very good! They are all very friendly and do great deep tissue massage. I've been going to Eva recently, and she's very very good. I will continue to be a regular!

I used to really like this place and received regular massages but the signage everywhere about tips, weird peep holes on the doors, and lack of respect for customers has made returning difficult to justify. There is now a required tip minimum ($20 for 90min) and an extra fee if you don’t pay in cash ($2/transaction).

I went over Mother's Day weekend and Jeanie provided the BEST Thai Comvo massage. Plenty of stretching then relaxing with hot stones and deep tissue massage. She got all the knots out. Great hidden treasure

This place does look a little sketchy from the outside, but it’s nice and cute on the inside, also very clean. I had a phenomenal deep tissue massage from Jessica, who really delivered on the firm pressure I requested. I felt great afterwards, she got all my knots out and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The woman who greeted me when I came in was also very friendly! Overall I would recommend. Most of the massages come with a foot massage and exfoliation which was a nice touch. I recommend bringing cash.

What a positive experience! Great pricing, perfect technique, and kind service. I wasn’t sure what to expect because this was my first Thai combo massage. She was perfect so next time I think I can be fearless and try just a Thai massage ♥️

The massage was great and the staff was really friendly. The only thing I didn't like was I got a Thai combo massage which is supposed to be a mix of deep tissue and Swedish. Problem was mine was mostly deep tissue and she mainly focused on only one area of my body and the rest was mainly secondary and there was no asking for my input.

This was literally the best massage of my life and I get a massage at least once a month. Jessica was the best at deep tissue massage and even started of perfectly warming up my body for the variation in pressures. I came in with very sensitive hamstrings and when she was done working her magic I was able to move with easy. Thank you so much for being amazing at what you do! I'll be back for sure!

Overall good massage, and felt very relaxed after. Booked 90 min massage through ClassPass for $65. At very end, I was greeted by a man at the counter who kept repeating to tip, then pointed at the ATM machine to pull cash for tip, and then pointed at the 90 min massage on the board for $120 and told me to tip off of the $120. I hadn’t been out the massage for more than a minute. I wanted to tip out of appreciation as the massage was good but I felt forced/pressured to tip before leaving.

The massage was great my only issue was at the end when I asked for change of a 20dllr and the massagist keept 15dllrs had the audacity to tip herself I asked for my money back that's when the lady said well how much do you want to tip At that point I feelt pressured and uncomfortable and I told her 12dllrs to be honest I didn't want to tip anything due to the unpleasant experience.not coming back here again.

The place was very clean and the service was amazing! I paid for a 90 min massage and received EVERY MINUTE of that 90 minutes!! The only problem I had was spotting the location of the establishment. Thank you, Google Maps!😁😊❤️👌👏
