The lady who used to do my hair closed her shop a couple of years ago, so I've been looking for someone else I feel comfortable with. I've tried a couple of salons in Turkey Creek, but they are way overpriced, and I never felt like they were a good fit for me . This was my 1st visit to Messi Heads Salon. I was greeted the minute I walked through the door and immediately felt welcomed. The salon was neat and clean. I was there for a cut and highlights, so I was there for a couple of hours. Justine was great! I'll definitely be back!

I have used this salon for over 3 years now, with the same stylist. As time has gone on, I feel the service is lacking. I can barely tell that my hair is cut. I give specific instructions and they are ignored. I said "layer, layer, layer" and I have a chin length bob with one layer basically. I asked for curtain bangs and they are too long to actually BE bangs, but I was given a lesson on what "curtain bangs are." So I said nothing else. My time with the stylist is 15 mins at best, and with tip these cuts are costing $50+. And yes, I still gave a tip because I support women. Unfortunately I can no longer accept this service. I feel because I let this go, and don't mention it, the stylist just keeps doing it. The staff praises the stylist for her quickness. I just wish I could tell I got a haircut. Will be making another appointment elsewhere tomorrow to finish what Messi Heads started. EXTREMLY DISAPPOINTED.

Had color and conditioning by Tammy. Great experience. Everyone has told me they thought color and styling really looked good. Will not hesitate to come back the next time we are back in Knoxville.

Tracy is the owner and she is fantastic! She keeps up with the latest techniques, but is also great with my curly hair which is not easy to find!

I am so happy I found this salon! Everyone was so friendly and positive, Tammy did a full platinum blonde highlight for me and it came out exactly how I pictured it. Tracy was also so friendly and professional. I can tell is truly a quality salon with fair pricing! I definitely will be recommending Messi Heads to my family and friends!

Messi Heads is great! Everyone is very nice, especially Tammy! My daughter and myself have had highlights, color and cut and she’s done exactly what we’ve asked for. My daughter’s blonde highlights had grown out a lot and she did an amazing job matching the blonde and blending it. It looks so beautiful!

My first appointment with Tracy was amazing. She did highlights and a cut and style on my graying curly hair. The staff is so friendly and the entire process from booking to check out is top notch. I will be staying with Messi Heads and Tracy. If you get a chance, check them out, you won't be disappointed.

Tracey is absolutely amazing at her art . Her layering & stacking is beautiful and flawless . She never leaves a “ choppy” look . Always great atmosphere for my daughter and I .

Very pleasant staff, took a "walk in" customer, with very little wait time. I have a tough bald head to cut, but the lady did a decent job. Clean appearance of shop, and newer equipment. Nice place. Rare for a Salon to even want to shave a man's head lol. Thanks again

Tracy cuts my hair better than any hairstylist I have ever been to. Last year I asked for her help in transitioning back to my natural color, she was fantastic, came up with a plan and I love it.

My hair was a mess after I tried to go blonde and got taken advantage by a different stylist cause I didn't know what I needed. Tracy at Messi Heads fixed my hair, made it a beautiful reddish brown, and after not growing for 2 years my hair grew a foot in a year. I don't know how she does it but Tracy is the best hair stylist in town.

This was my first time there. Tammy was my stylist. She did an excellent job, I was very satisfied with the highlights I received. The staff were very friendly. I will definitely be returning.

Tracy was recommended and did a wonderful job. Unfortunately, due to an accident she had, she recommended Tammy. My first visit with Tammy all she did was trim my hair and she did fine. My second visit I asked for layers to be put in my hair and she butchered it badly. I did have another salon fix her work the best they could. Unfortunately, I will be in a ponytail for several months until it grows out. Tracy would have been happy to fix Tammy's mistakes but I chose to go elsewhere. It is a friendly and clean salon but I do not recommend seeing Tammy.

bad experience. i was not even greeted with a smile by Dana who was supposed to cut my hair. Not a single word of introduction just a grouchy expression. She walked me to my seat and I realized she was supposed to by my stylist. I just left as don't want anyone so unfriendly to touch my hair. Never again.
