The prices are too high (almost $300 for a cut and color) service is extremely slow (3 hrs!) and results were ugly and amateurish. My cut was blunt, poorly shaped and uneven. The color was bleached out and hair was damaged. When I requested an itemized bill for the color, I was refused. There was no owner or manager on site. When I finally talked with the owner, Chris, she was rude and insulting, accusing me of being rude and unreasonable for requesting an itemized bill. When I pointed out that she wasn't there, and asked if she wanted my side of the story, she said her staff had told her everything she needed to know. Toxic, hostile environment at Siren. I've been to another salon several times to get my hair repaired, and am ecstatic with the results at half the price and half the time!
