Recently got a haircut here and had a relatively good experience. The lady that washed my hair was really nice and the one that cut it did a great job too. I’ve always felt bad about getting my hair done because it’s very long, thick, and curly, so it’s hard to manage. For once though, I didn’t feel bad about it due to the kindness from the workers. The wait wasn’t too long and the price was fair. My only minor complaint would be the lady at the front desk. I thought she was a bit rude at times and was also yanking on my hair while trying to de-tangle it, even though the original woman working on it was doing just fine. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience and would come again.

Absolutely loved! Will definitely go back.. from my experience on the phone to going in person was great! I came in as a walk in and they took there time with me really helped me get the hair color I actually wanted and will definitely go back there to getting my haircuts and color from them! Great place I recommend 1000%

My first time here, the stylist did a great job with the Brazilian blowout/root touch-up, but the problem was I couldn’t communicate with her directly, she would either bring someone to answer my questions or I had to ask someone when she wasn't around. Nothing against her, she was sweet, but if I'm paying 400$ for a service, I would like it to be at my convenience. I heard the other stylists speak English with their clients. When I booked this appointment a week ago, they told me they would have someone entirely for this Brazilian blowout since it needs to be handled by one person. So why not book a hairdresser who can speak English for the non-Spanish-speaking client? The other issue was every time they washed my hair, it was cold, and the bathroom flush wasn’t working. Not a great experience!! I don’t think I will be going back.

Update - after almost one year my hair is slowly coming back after cutting and good care. They relaxed my hair without my consent. Cancer Causing Chemicals used!!! Warning please do not go to this salon. They put relaxer in their shampoo and conditioners for women who have naturally curly hair. Went twice…destroyed my hair. As ethnic women they should be ashamed. These are not silky blowouts….its relaxer. I only went twice…they destroyed my hair. No relaxer for 20 years!!! First pic is after. Second and third are before last is after as well. Do not let these women touch your hair!!!!! Also added natural curls before and after!! When I went to this salon to confront them..they essentially laughed in my face. These women do not care about your natural hair or pattern. They do nothing spectacular they use chemicals in your hair. I went there to confront them, of course they lied to my face, wouldn’t even give me the decency to return my money. If you have sisters, daughters friends who go continuously…wash your own hair to determine if they used chemicals you’ll smell it instantly!! If you go here repeatedly and think you’re just getting a good blowout….wash!

Moreyvi is truly great. She’s done my highlights a few times and cut my hair. Many can become hairstylists but she’s definitely honed her craft. Not everyone knows and/or cares how to take care of clients hair, she does.

This place is a well oiled machine. The workers are operate efficiently. My hair is very thick and coily so it takes a while to comb each section out for a roller-set; I love the fact that another team member will come in and lend a hand to their co-worker to get my hair, with out even being asked to help. This is awesome teamwork. I've never experienced that level of teamwork and I have been going to hair salons since I was 8 years old. Shout-out to my stylist Adelina!! She is so gentle and patient with my hair. I know my hair can be challenging to manage, hence why I leave it up to the professionals 😆, but she never shows frustration and is always singing . I even have my aunt driving from Islip to have her hair done at this salon. The owner and her employees really care about their clients hair and even if it means they miss out on making more money, they will not do a treatment or anything that will compromise, jeopardize, or damage their clients. You can put a price on that level of care.!!!

I have never been so disappointed with a hair cut. I originally went in just for a trim then I decided to get layers. I told the lady who was going to cut my hair to only cut an inch off (in the back) bc I didn’t not want layers in the back just in the front. I ended up with 4 inches cut off of my hair and horribly cut layers in the back and now I have to go cut even more hair to even it out. The worst part is that I left with my hair blow dried so when I told her it looked very short she lied to me and told me it was just the style and I had no choice to believe that. I do not recommend this salon.

My first time visiting was with Johanna and she’s amazing. I have thick/curly hair and many people don’t know how to work with certain hair types so I’m very particular with where I go and who I let touch my hair. Johanna is great!

They are fabulous!! Go there for all types of services and am absolutely pleased. They do everything and do it well. Am so happy I found the about w years ago and will continue going. Fantastic atmosphere. Kind of fun. Everyone is so nice. My favorite of course is Adelina and the owner always aims to please.
