Had a good hair cut one time and today I came back 20 min before closing (Google shows they close at 8pm) and they didn't wanna take me, they said they cleaned up already, I drove 5 miles for nothing!

I came here to get a layered haircut and the lady with glasses insisted to wash my hair after I had said no politely. I had washed my hair the night before. But she insisted saying that's how she was taught to cut hair. Although I'm paying she didn't respect my decision. On top of that she didn't cut my hair properly. It looked so weird I had to clip my hair up for a few months because it didn't looked right with my hair down. This is not layered hair. I've been to Hair clips on Rainbow and I always love my layers. Unfortunately it's too far for me now. If you're looking for layered hair, I do not recommend this place at all. She was very unprofessional and has poor customer service.

This place smells horrible. I did not know how I was able to stay there for a while ignoring that smell. They did not respect my appointment and I had to wait 45 minutes extra even tho I had an appointment. They do not accept cash. The service was awful.

I booked an appointment at 5 and when i got here they told me its to late and i told them i paid 30 dollars to get a uber here and they said its not their problem and after they told me they will do my hair but charge me extra when i called they said 60$ and now they charging me 80$ bad place i dont recommend nobody to come here, the lady with blonde hair needs to learn how to smile and show respect all she would tell me is “its not her problem “ OH and forgot to mention after i talked to the 2 ladys that both told me no when i went outside they went to the back and they started talking and looking at me then she came and told me its gonna be 80$

Aparte k te dan un precio te terminan cobrando por sus obra maestra , bueno k estaba con la supuesta experta a lo k fui a hacerme . Si no saben no hagan experimentos mujercitas , ni el color k keria y el diske corte de cabello no mamen cualkiera me hubiera dado un tijerazo, creo mi hijo de kinder lo hubiera dejado mas parejo .

I wouldn’t come back, poor service on the amount they charge. Over the phone the lady said $14. and didn’t mention there’s $2.00 charge for using your credit card. They don’t greet you or thank you for your business. They lost a valued customer.

showed a reference picture of what I wanted and lady tells me, "We don't do those barbershop haircut." $18 for a 10-minute haircut just for the lady to tell me "can't touch the sideburns because we don't do beards." And a haircut was trash
