I really hate to make reviews but this is just ridiculous. I had went in for a consultation for hair extensions. I was told I was receiving bellami hair . I put a deposit I told Ellie to tell me the price of ether balayage or black hair. She said she’d get back to me she ends up just telling me she ordered the hair. Which i’m confused at that point because she never got back to me before she just ordered hair .. so I’m really lenient and usually really open to new ideas so I just proceed with the appointment. I get to the appointment she has two different hair colors and none of them are Bellami hair I had noticed on the package of the hair what the brand it was called “prestige” so later on after I leave I decided to look up how much the hair costs which is pretty cheap. So she told me we were going to dye the extensions to match my hair or we could try to tone my hair to match the extensions she “tones” my hair because it was “brassy” but it wasn’t I had a balayage and the next moment I know my hairs brown and she’s just mixing blonde extensions into my hair while my hairs wet. The hair came out nice THE FIRST DAY…I had asked for layers but she really insisted on leaving my length. After I had showered it became extremely tangled, just straight out matted. Like if the hair was synthetic hair. I’ve had real high quality extensions and I’ve worn synthetic hair and synthetic hair usually messes up hair you wash it . This is we’re I have an issue because after I just paid $600 plus I gave $100 tip to get my hair done nice and it’s ruined a few days in. WHO WANTS THAT KIND OF EXPERIENCE?! I had gotten my hair done Oct. 27th on November 2nd I decided to message Elie because I couldn’t take the tangle anymore. I had asked for a refund. It was only a week in and it’s ridiculous I ended up going to great clips to get my hair in layers because at this point I’m thinking of solutions maybe my hair wouldn’t be so tangled. But it was the same.. my hair started to lighten from the toner and not match the extensions so well so I decided to just dye my hair all one color. I end up going in on November 3rd she sees my hair extremely tangled she had multiple customers I’m telling her what’s wrong and she’s telling me if I want to invest in Bellami hair as she’s mouthing that she’ll fix it and she pay and I think it’s because she had quite a few people in shop and told me to come back tmw and she’ll fix it and we’ll try a mask and she other options. The next day her whole demeanor had changed she started to tell me she never said she would order Bellami hair at all at all like from the beginning and I’m like WHAAATT at this point I’m thinking this woman is definitely just trying to run off with a quick buck she had just made off me from buying some extremely cheap hair extensions because most people that want revolving business would fix a problem. She starts to go off about it’s to expensive and that I ruined the extensions by dying them. I’m definitely shocked at this point because at first she said she was going to dye them! I’ve died REAL hair extensions before and this has NEVER HAPPENED TO ME. She ends up telling me if I want to purchase bellami hair extensions thn I could buy them and she could install them for free. WHICH MAKES NO SENSE BECAUSE THATS WHAT I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING IN THE FIRST PLACE. Why am I going to pay the same amount when she should have did it right the first time. I tell her that and she proceeded to argue with me. She starts to tell me that she can’t do a refund because the hair was $400 and she can’t return the hair and I’m confused because where did the other $300 go that you couldn’t refund ? She tells me she feels bad. But she must not feel that bad to lose business with a customer and everyone I encounter to let them know bout my experience at this lovely hair salon. Like that’s a lot of money and for me to walk around with elastic, tangly, matted hair is not okay with me. That’s not right and I just hope this doesn’t happen to the next person that gets excited to get new hair on their head.

We go to Ellie for my daughter to get her eye brows and hair cut. She is awesome! Everyone that works there is so sweet we love it!

I had to download this app just to review. The process is rushed and They pushed my hair back. Not recommended at all terrible
