Im sorry you feel this way Milana. The 1st appt I apologized and advised you that I was going through a change with my booking site but , I was still able to see you in time in the 1st occasion as you had confirmed in your comment. The second appt that you came to I just merely asked if you were schd today. I told you I would be right with you in 10 to 15 min. You got upset and made the staff , client and myself feel uncomfortable with your tone and attitude. I apologized again any told you I'm sorry I don't have a receptionist to call you and advise that I am running a little behind , which is true. You decided to leave then You walked back in the salon and told me you wanted me to do your nails after you caused a scene. For the ones that know me I'm not the type of person that likes hostility and I have the right to refuse services. You said I'm gonna leave a bad review and I understand everyone is entitled to their opinion but I also told you to take into consideration that we are in the same industry as in providing services to clients/and in your case patients. We all know very well drs offices and salons aren't always gonna flow on schd. Then you insulted me by telling me you're a doctor "Dentist" and I'm just a "nail girl " I will not tolerate you treating people as a minority in our salon. I hope you find a nail tech that is up to your standards again sorry it didn't workout but we just don't tolerate that type of behavior.

It looks like Monica deleted my first review which seems sketchy to me... Monica, I understand running behind. However it was the tone that you used with me from the beginning and complete lack of sincerity or remorse in wasting my time. If you had been kind and sincerely apologetic, I would have been more understanding. Instead, you were sassy stating that “you don’t have a receptionist” as if that makes it completely acceptable to not update your clients when you want to reschedule them 15 minutes or over an hour like you wanted to in my first appointment. Then when I canceled my other appointment to accommodate you running behind, you were unwilling to follow through with the appointment because I expressed frustration in you not calling me to update me. When I stated that I was going to leave a review which is my right, you stated “well, don’t forget we are in the same business” which sounded like a threat? It further frustrated me because we are not at all in the same business and that comment made no sense to me in the situation. I wasn’t even sure why you brought that up.

I’ve been going here for a year and I use all of their services. I get my mani/pedi, teeth whitening, massage, lip blush, and haircut all at one place. I love the family type atmosphere where people know me by name and have a caring attitude.

Love, love, love Mia Bella Nails & more!! I’ve been coming here for years and they’ve always treated me like family. Always friendly, warm and welcoming. I’ve been getting my hair done with Evelyn for years and she always does a phenomenal job!! I always get compliments on my hair. People want to know where I had it done. She takes great care of my hair, gives me tips on how to care for it. She works with your budget and always wants to make her customers happy. Monica is the same and has been doing my nails for a few years as well. She too is amazing and works hard to stay up with the trends. She’s professional, kind and makes you feel like you’re her priority. She also takes care of my ombré brows and lashes. Clarissa does an awesome job with massages. Both me and my husband go to her and we don’t ever want to leave. Her room is so clean and relaxing. Ms. Gloria, the owner is a kind lady and she takes care of all her customers and her workers. I love going there because it’s like your family. It’s a one stop shop for all your beauty and self care needs!! It’s a little gem on the southeast side of town. Check them out!! ♥️

I've tried 3 times to make an appointment at this place. Even tried driving there but they were closed. Every time I called I left a message with my phone number and never got a response... ALL 3 TIMES!!! I GIVE UP ON THIS PLACE. NEVER AGAIN!!!

THEY SAY THEY DONT CLOSE TILL 6 ... I was going in to get a family member service Nail tech isn't even there and the hair lady didn't want to see use cause she cleaned up for the day ( @4:30) ....hire more people-.- Or just put ur closed ....😒
