I get my nails done by Maritza suite #104; and she does such a great job! I've been going to her since 2021 and she has never disappointed me! She takes her time and makes sure your nails are perfect. I highly recommend her !

Indira, pésimo customer service. La llame un viernes en la mañana para una cita. Me dijo que tenía un espacio para mi de 2-3 pm ese mismo día. Acordamos para las 2 pm para corte y blow dry. Indira me dijo que si no podía estar a tiempo le llamara. La llame 5 minutos para las 2 pm para confirmar mi cita. Llegue a las 2:02 pm. Al entrar me dijo que me sentara afuera a esperar. A las 2:15 pm entre A preguntar si estaba tarde con sus citas. Cual Fue mi sorpresa?? Indira estaba comenzando unos Highlights a las 2:15 pm. Le pregunté que si yo la había llamado unos minutos antes para confirmar mi cita, por que ella no me había dicho que estaba tarde… Su respuesta fue: Date una vuelta y después regresas, si quieres. 😳 Fatal, pésima empatía con el tiempo ajeno. La Ética profesional enseñada en la escuela no le hizo efecto a Indira
