I had my nails done by Kurley. She was nice and no complaints about her or the location. But this is the worst set I've ever had. I asked for a coffin shape and instead it's square, with some nails even flaring out. It's also bubbly, way too thick, most of the nails are crooked and uneven, and black all over my fingers. I showed my friends and they said I shouldn't have had to pay for it. I asked for a refund and it was declined. She offered to fix it, but I ended up just cutting them off right when I got home.

I had the most amazing facial with Nadine !! The spa is absolutely gorgeous very clean and professional . Definitely had an amazing experience ! 💗💗

I love everything about the spa from the cleanliness the soothing sounds that causes you to fall into a deep sleep while getting a facial and to the staff that are very nice and provides great customer service. This appointment was my very first facial and didn’t know what to expect but I am glad I went because it was amazing my skin feels so smooth and clean I will definitely go back

The lounge is extremely clean, organized, and well decorated. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. They have refreshments waiting on you at the door. I got my lashes done by Melissa and she did a fabulous job. She took her time to make sure they came out right and talked me through the process. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Went in for a facial. I got The Miami signature facial and Nadine did an amazing job explaining the whole process to me and helping me understand my skin type and after care. The spa itself was a relaxing and luxurious environment. I will most definitely be back to get different services, and I’ve been referring all my friends and family to go to Miami esthetics lounge for spa services.
