Extremely rough and rude. My cuticles are sore and scabbed from them rushing to do my nails. The nail polish was hastily put on. I honestly can’t tell if it’s the red nail polish I got that’s around my nails or if I’m bleeding from them cutting my cuticles. I arrived at the salon a little before 5 for refill and a pedicure since they are supposed to close at 7. I was rushed out at 6 after my pedicure. They wanted to me wait outside in the 20 degree weather because “I didn’t get gel” I would never go here again and I would never recommend anyone to go here.

I really enjoy coming here for gel manicures and pedicures! They always take care of me quickly and do a fantastic job on my nails. Lily was amazing and made my nails look super cute!

Not even worth a star, went and did my daughters nails for a dance and they charged us $80 to do her nails, she did them on July 19 not even a week later six of the nails fell off. I called this Saturday. The old man told me that I could go in and he’ll fix the ones that fell off I told I wouldn’t be able to make it if I could go Tuesday, which is today July 30 he said yes I said do I have to pay again since I just paid , He told me no I said are you sure he said yes just come in. I called this morning. A lady answered, told her the same thing what happened? She told me just to come in and they’ll fix them for free , I went in and the old man started arguing with me and he was ignoring me , I said are you going to fix them or not he didn’t say yes he said that there is no way they would fall off I said they did , I showed him the receipt and he still was yelling at me in front of my daughter and other customers , he’s not gonna fix them. He ignored me, I asked for my money back. He told me no he said it had to be two weeks for them to do your nails over which it was 10 days , mind you it’s only been a few days and He still refused to do them told us he’ll charge us $30 to do a new set told him no to he ignored me and yelled and kept saying that we took them off , why would I do that , please don’t go here they will keep your money and your nails will fall off

The worse experience of my life .. walk in got treated like I was unwanted in there .waiting for 1hr before got service..then got the half done manicure and pedi .. than charged for full service I didn't receive. Don't not go to this horrible service.!!
