This is my absolute favorite go-to in Miami for aesthetic services. Mariana is AMAZING, and an incredibly talented injector! She also provided WONDROUS results with my Lumecca IPL treatments for brown spots. She knows exactly what she's doing yet never stops looking for ways to improve techniques and outcomes. She's a genuinely kind and incredibly smart woman. Also, a special mention to the business manager JJ who is always so accommodating, professional and polite. Note** I never, ever, ever EVER write reviews, good or bad....but with so many amateur aesthetic spas out there in Miami, this one deserves special mention. They really are amazing. Ask for Mariana! I've sent a few friends to her and they all feel the same way I do about her skill and personality.

I’m absolutely amazed by this whole process and how easy it is. I got laser tattoo removal & laser hair removal on my bikini, armpits and legs. It definitely didn’t hurt as bad as I thought and zero soreness afterward. The tattoo removal is extremely quick, it does hurt but just for about .2 seconds and the after care was very simple and without pain. Very happy with my results.

I’m totally blown away by the Pico Genesis machine. I had a huge dark spot on my face. I have used so many lasers and this got it in one shot! I have 3-4 more treatments to get the other spots! I will be leaving a review with photos later! Highly recommend!

I did targeted fat burning and muscle strength which would be Emsculpt with Mariana, she was very kind to me and also treated me really nice every treatment I had she was caring and put some towels so it won’t touch my skin with the machine tubes, I also went for pico second treatment to promote collagen in the skin and went really nice in the areas I treated, I saw my before and after and I could tell there was improvement, maybe many people forget their before but I think is important to see it with your own eyes 🤍 I think is a really nice spa overall I have barely waited in the waiting room and I love that; I would definitely recommend trying this place and keep up with the treatment because we have to be consistent to see results

Highly recommend Mariana Tolosa! She took care of me when doing Morpheus 8 Body and my experience was great. I recovered pretty quick and started seen results as expected. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Amy is also wonderful, highly recommend her too!

I had a great experience at the Miami Skin Spa. The location is beautiful, with big windows facing a courtyard and the staff was very pleasant. I got the Pico Genesis Treatment done with Mariana Tolosa. She was very caring and professional - talked me through the procedures and potential side effects, how to take care of my skin before and after and checked in on me after the treatment. Very pleasant experience overall!

I'm Italian, but I come to Miami very often. In Februray I discovered Miami Skin Spa in Brickell and now I'm back to them for Emsculpt neo, Nuera tight for the abdomen and Forma Face and neck all performed by the great medical esthetician Amy who is always very kind and professional and very kwnoledgable. Also the owner and manager Joseph is always very kind and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Best tattoo removal in Miami! I am grateful for your services. Your facilities were warm and welcoming. Even for a dude like me who is in the garage more than I am in the spa. Nurse Jazmin is the best anyone could ask for. A definite asset to your organization. She was patient and professional throughout every procedure. I was hesitant at first, and emotional about removing my tattoo which had meaning. I have evolved passed that. A right of passage I suppose. After several years of being a client, I highly recommend you give them a chance to earn your business. Don't trust your tattoo removal to just anyone.

I had an amazing experience at Miami Skin Spa. Quality of the equipment, cleanliness of the place and professionalism of the staff are unspeakable. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, Mariana did an exceptional job, she answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable during procedure. I went there for microblading removal and I’m looking forward to try other services they provide. 10 out of 10 🩵 highly recommend.

I started going to Miami Skin Spa for tattoo removal services back in October of 2020. Both tattoos I wanted removed were quite dark, and after 3 years they are both pretty much gone, with no scarring and very little blistering. The staff there is very professional and knowledgeable. I always followed their directions and kept the tattoos completely away from the sun for two whole weeks after the procedure. Also big bonus is their new machine that ices the area during the laser treatment. Amazing! I don't even live in Miami anymore but I travel a few times a year to get the rest of my tattoos lasered there because their services and machines are such high quality.

The team at Miami Skin Spa always goes above and beyond to make my experience amazing. They stayed open later just to accommodate my friend and I who wanted to come together for a fun Saturday date! I don’t know how I ever trusted anyone with my skin before Mariana but I will never look back!
