Don’t go here. They don’t update their website or Google listing to reflect when they are even open. You don’t have an appointment with them until they confirm with you some time after booking. Every massage place is booked up around the holidays. My massage at The Massage Center for Dec 23 got cancelled. So I was excited to see an opening at a time I could make for this business on their website on Christmas Eve. I booked it, was looking forward to it, and really needed it. I felt so grateful. Until I got a text a few hours later telling me they were closed until after Christmas. They did offer to schedule me for Friday when I work all day and couldn’t possibly come in for a massage. Thanks for literally nothing. By giving me false hope, you have lost all chance of ever getting my business and I’ll be letting others know of my frustrating experience here,

I recently visited Mi Avery and had the best experience of my life. I highly recommend coming here I will be back for sure. Thank you for the hospitality environment everyone was absolutely amazing. 10/10 best place thanks again.

I ❤️❤️❤️ getting my wellness care at MiAvery! Theresa does the most relaxing facials! Lauren is miraculous when it comes to massage!! She really knows how to find my stress spots and work them out!! MiAvery is so great, I bought my daughter-in-law a massage gift certificate for a couples massage for her birthday! Give MiAvery a try! I know you'll love them as much as I do!!!

I had purchased one of their discounted massages from Groupon during a Mother’s Day promotion. I booked online and received a text from Theresa saying that they were full and couldn’t fit me in. Then I rebooked roughly a week or two later and the same thing happened. I booked a third time and they had a maintenance emergency. She then offered to refund me the money which I agreed to. I actually forgot about it and then I was going through my emails and remembered and checked my bank account and never received my money back. I contacted Groupon and they said they contacted the merchant and they declined the request because the voucher had been redeemed and used. I even sent them the text messages between us and still declined. So long story short, I would not book with them. I trusted that the girl would take care of things, but then I just got ripped off.

6/18/24 I came here for a massage since I had a Groupon. I’ve had to reschedule a few times but after speaking with Theresa, I got it resolved and was able to make it in today. This location on Yelp isn’t correct, as they’ve relocated to 501 Darby creek #58. It’s not difficult to find, you just need to look for the numbers in the plaza to find it. It’s located all the way inside to the left side of the plaza, inside center of plastic surgery building. I was greeted and immediately walked to my massage room. Lauren was my therapist and she was absolutely excellent. Very courteous, attentive and gave me a great relaxing massage. I would highly recommend everyone to try out this place and give it a chance. The reviews on here don’t seem to give this place justice.

They definitely don't close at 7. Booked at 4. Snow storm hit while driving there from Cincinnati causing major traffic issues. Let them know we would be late. Google has wrong address for the business and we were using Google maps. Had to turn around making us later. Business has 0 sinage outside at new location making it very hard to find. Appointment was scheduled for 60 min massage plus 20 min foot massage strawberries champagne etc plus other things lasting well over an hour. Paid 250.00 . Arrived at 4:55 and was told we could have the strawberries and champagne but they couldn't do any of our services. She stated she had to pick up her daughter at 515. I'm not sure even if we arrived at 4 how they were going to fulfill what we paid for by 515? Also I asked if we could just reschedule for another day just for massages. . She said no she had already bought all the stuff, the champagne and strawberries and wouldn't do that? Very bad business. I kept constant communication while trying to get there and find it. Her excuse was that the correct address was on my emailed receipt? Not once did she tell me they were at a new address. Why would I look at the address on my receipt? I pulled up the business online and mapped it. She didn't tell me until we were already driving to the other location that the address changed. Very disappointed and a 250 lesson not to pay ahead of time.

Great atmosphere and great people. They are accommodating, the place is super clean, and they really tailor the experience to you and your needs. Loved the champagne, plush robes and shoes that my mom and I got as a special touch for our girls spa day package :)

We had a Groupon for a couples massage and it was amazing. Beautiful place and the couples suite was very nice. We both felt so relaxed the moment we walked in the door. Wonderful masseuses who really focused on our needs. I highly recommend MiAvery. We will definitely be back.

Booked a 1 hour couples massage for my husband’s birthday, and they were so great and accommodating, even with the snow and weather! It was cozy and the heated massage tables are a nice touch. Comfortable and relaxing. We are visiting from out of state, and it’s hard to know about a place, with out seeing it first, but it was lovely and they did a great job!

Had a girls spa day with my daughter-in-law for her birthday. They made it very special for us! Wine and pampering! No better way to spend the day!! She still can't stop talking about it! We did have a few snags, but Theresa is the ultimate professional and made sure we were still spoiled!

I had received this as a gift for Valentine’s Day and just used it a few weeks ago such. I had a great time at, the "Girl's Day Out", spa day. I brought my sister in law along with me and she enjoyed it very since, it was a first, for her. Theresa and Ashley were amazing, they treated both of us like we were their bestfriends. Plenty of laughs and relaxation that was, much needed. I'm looking forward to going back real soon! Thank you for being good to us!

I love the atmosphere here, once you find it! It’s a bit difficult to locate the suite, because you have to go around to the back of the building and up a staircase, but once you enter, you’re in a relaxing haven. The decor and ambiance are fun and the massages have been great. I’ve been maybe 4 or 5 times for massages, and they’ve always done a wonderful job. I took off a star because it was a little difficult to redeem Groupons and make payments other than using cash (which I never carry anymore, so maybe that’s my fault…) and also because I like to get massages to relax and unwind from my stressors, but one time when the massage therapist first entered the room and started the massage, she broke the ice with, “So, what do you think about all this crazy stuff that’s happening in the world these days?” 😳 I tried to deflect the conversation, but I would think she would’ve been better at reading the room…or that appropriate conversation topics would be taught in Relaxation Massage 101 or something. But otherwise I’d highly recommend MiAvery!

I was told I used a Groupon voucher that I didn't receive. The day I supposedly used it was a day I was working. The voucher was stolen. I lost 120.00. Plus the day they claimed it was used on a Sunday and they are closed that day.

Yes! Yes! Yes! This place is a hidden gem! We love it here! Theresa and her staff go above and beyond to make sure their clients have the best experience. I’ve been a few times and my skin always looks amazing. Theresa, the owner is absolutely beautiful and looks very much younger than she actually is. I can see why. Her facials are the best! RUDE. Confirms appt morning of. Complained their payment methods changed so bring cash or a payment app for tips. Said we would bring cash if we tipped, meaning cash is the way we would tip. They go off on how much they dont get oaid and need tips. Oh ok. Later they cancel our appt because "a therepist got in a car wreck". Oh ok.
