Teresa gave my mom and I lovely hair cuts. She gave good advice for hair care and took into consideration what we wanted. I really appreciated her work and kindness. She gave me exactly what I wanted in my hair trimming and helped my mom decide the best course of action after not so good perm else where. I look forward to seeing her again in 6 months for my next haircut, and my mom will be going back for continued help with her perm later this month. Thank you, Teresa.

I bought a groupon for my sister for services as a gift but, she told me that the nail tech Linda Smith wouldn't even schedule her appointment and hung up on her from the salon phone. I went on YELP to look at the reviews and oh my goodness apparently this woman is a nightmare. Why this salon even employs this woman is beyond me? Lesson learned everyone do your research before you buy groupons.

My sister purchased a Groupon for a mani/pedi with Linda Smith as a gift. I called to schedule an appointment however, was told that she was booked out until the end of October. I asked if they do refunds for things like that and I was told to contact Groupon. Which is great. I asked to go ahead and schedule just in case we couldn’t get a refund. This is where it got kind of sad and weird. I was told she wasn’t going to schedule me at all because she didn’t want to have to reschedule later? …. that her husband is in the hospital and about to die. I told her I was sorry for what she is going through but, I did receive this and I would like to schedule and I was hung up on. This is tragic I feel so bad from Mrs. Smith HOWEVER, the lack of professionalism was something I have never experienced. I hope my sister can get her $30$-$40 back. Mrs. Smith if you get to read this I hope you take the time off from work you desperately need to be with your husband. I encourage you to take down your Groupon deals. I wish you the best for you and hopefully you and him get the love and care you CLEARLY need because you have lost and will continue to lose clients. DO NOT BUY A GROUPON FOR THIS PLACE. Waste of time and money.

I went to Michael's yesterday for the first time. He did a really good job shaping up my hair, I hadn't had it cut in over a year and a half, while keeping most of the length I requested. Michael was professional but very interesting to talk to. I recommend his salon!

AFTER THIS NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE, I STILL HAD TO HAVE MY HAIRCUT SO I WENT TO COUNTRY PLAZA BARBER. 1ST QUESTION I ASKED IS HOW MUCH FOR A HAIRCUT? $15. THAT'S MORE LIKE IT. MEN'S HAIR IS MUCH EASIER TO CUT THAN A WOMAN'S. LAVERNE WAS A TRUE BARBER WITH DECADES OF EXPERIENCE. THIS HAIRCUT IS PROFESSIONAL. THERE WAS HAIR ALL OVER THE FLOOR. THE HAIR THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CUT IN THE FIRST PLACE: PROFESSIONAL HAIRCUT AND ONLY $15-- MORE LIKE IT !!!-----1ST REVIEW----JUST ARRIVED IN TULSA. FIRST TIME AT MICHAEL'S. C. CUT MY HAIR. 20 MINUTES AND $25. ??? I HAVE NEVER PAID MORE THAN $15 FOR A MAN'S HAIRCUT. I DID NOT ASK THE PRICE SINCE I AM USED TO $12-15 FOR THE PAST 60 YEARS. THE HAIRCUT WAS RIDICULOUS. IT WAS COMBED BACK SO I COULDN'T REALLY TELL AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A HAIRCUT THAT I REGRETTED SO I DIDN'T REALLY LOOK. AT HOME I COULD SEE THE SIDES HAD HARDLY BEEN TOUCHED. I have gone to Michael for over 25 years. He is a wonderful stylist and a great person. Linda Smith has done my nails for years and is also a super person.
