This has to be the worst and experience my client had, We try to be nice by not taking it to court but we have no choice, my client hair fell out and when she told her and called to settle the matter in a respectful manner, the owner yelled at her and said she will not fix or refund her for the damaged she caused, this is beyond unacceptable and my client spend hundreds to now have to wear a wig... please do not go there this is bad.

I did a big mistake today. I just cut my hair and it was dangerous. I told him different hair style. he cut my hair like unprofessional . When I saw myself at the mirror I was so nervous. But it was too late because I don’t have my old hair it was more beautiful .

I wish I could post my hair before and after, I look at myself in the mirror everyday and wish I had never went to this place. I don’t usually write reviews but this one I had to because it’s caused me a lot of pain. My hair was healthy, smooth, and shiny. I had blonde in the front and dark brown in the back, I told them everything I had done to my hair prior. I wanted to go lighter and eventually be fully blonde. I knew I had to do a few sessions for it to be my desired blonde and knew that I couldn’t have what I wanted right away. A professional hairdresser should focus on the health of the hair because if it’s destroyed theres no way of bringing it back. Anyway, my hair was fully bleached for over an hour and then it was bleached again because there was orange in it. I came out of the salon with a color I didn’t want at all and my hair felt synthetic. Next day I came in for a haircut because my hair was just uneven from all the breakage and I didn’t like it. The day prior I saw a woman get an amazing haircut by the same hairdresser I had been to, I gave him another shot and what I got made me cry on my way home. My hair was so choppy and the layers behind were way too short, I look like a soccer mom. There’s nothing I can do to my hair anymore. It’s so damaged still and the haircut is way too short. I’ve spent so much money already on pills, oils, and masks trying to treat it but all I have to do is wait for it to grow back. The guy was friendly, a good guy. The work wasn’t.
