Their policies in store are completely misaligned from what they listed on Groupon. Instead of owning up and rectifying that, the receptionist was unkind, unaccommodating, and short. I would've never gone through the hassle of dealing with this place and going through the unpleasant experience (also asking for a groupon refund) if they would've just put up accurate information in the first place.

I brought my sister here for the 80-minute couples massage with champagne and a facial and it was such a wonderful experience. Yasmin at the front desk was so kind and helpful, and the whole experience was lovely overall. I had Lali and was amazed at her skills. I lift a lot of heavy things and am on my feet a lot at work, and she just completely relaxed all the knots in my back and neck. Will definitely be coming back!

I made an appointment for Wednesday 15th of this week for a couples massage, I called ahead telling them I was running late because I live 2 hours away and there was a car accident. The recepcionist/manager responded “okay I have an appt at 1:30, so come and dont rush”. When I got there she told me she could only do 30 minutes because we were late already, at this point she already reedemed my groupon. She reedem a coupon that it was for 80 minutes of service and then after 10 minutes she said she could do 60 minutes now¿ at this point I told her let me reschedule because I want the full service that I paid over 200$ for. She said she can’t do that because i need to cancel 24 hours before!!! She never told me this since the beginning!! It was such a horrible Valentine’s gift experience!!! The recepcionist wanted things her way and couldn’t even provide a solution! Wasted 200$ FOR NOTHING.

Me and my Girlfriend went in for a couples massage. We were seen promptly and greeted very nicely. Our two masseuse were Igor and Laly. They explained everything to us and got to work. The massage was excellent and the hot stones were awesome. The service was A+ and I would definitely recommend it.

My boyfriend and I came for a 50 minute couples massage. It was our first time ever getting a massage and we had a great experience! The staff were very friendly and professional and we left super relaxed and pleased with the service. We will definitely be back in the future!

Very unprofessional service . The lady from the front desk was arguing in front of us with another coworker.. We were waiting 40 minutes for our massage so we missed our dinner reservation.. overall the massage itself was just bad.. I don’t recommend this place !

Without a doubt, Yana is the best professional in New York for skin and aesthetic treatments. She never fails to remember me and greet me warmly every time I visit. Her professionalism, personable approach, and exceptional service have left a lasting impression. Yana is always patient with my questions, listens attentively to my desires and needs, and provides expert guidance on the best skin and aesthetic solutions for me. What's more, she has never tried to pressure me into buying products or services that I don't need. Recently, I underwent a double chin coolsculpting treatment during my last visit, and the results have been nothing short of incredible! I trust Yana completely, and you should too!

Great customer service but the male masseur applies entirely too much pressure when massaging. I never had any back problems before, and now after receiving a massage from him, i sometimes have an aching pain in my lower back. Please be mindful of that.

I purchased the luxury couple’s spa day package as a gift for my birthday. And unfortunately this experience was far from luxurious or relaxing. The front desk representative whose original name is Yasmin lied and stated her name was Yana once I informed her I was unhappy with my experience. Yasmin was extremely unprofessional, unsanitary, and rude. Not only is she a fabricator she also informed me that I had to pay a mandatory $30 gratuity charge for both masseuses. I’ve been to many massages with/ without a Groupon and I’ve never heard of a mandatory $30 gratuity charge. She stated this is their policy and I had no other choice to pay which was not listed anywhere on Groupon. The package also included champagne and cookies in which Yasmin took it upon herself to grab two cookies out of the plate with her hands without gloves or hand sanitizer for me to eat. When I expressed my concerns regarding the gratuity and the overall experience Yasmin was upset. She mentioned I was the only customer who complained and that every customer pays $30 gratuity. Unprofessional behavior, the massage we received was mediocre. I’ve never had a massage where solely cold lotion is applied. It was extremely hard for me to relax with the cold lotion and the radio station playing in the background. To be exact Adele –from the other side was playing and at that point I was over it. The hot stones that were applied to this massage were hot and startled me when she placed them on my back. I would think the masseuse should alert the customer before placing the stones. However, that did not happen, no apologies of any sort. The “basic facial” that comes with this package is not a real facial, not even close. The masseuse did the facial which consisted of a toweled cleanse and another lotion massage to your face, that is all. I will not come back here and do not recommend this place as the front desk staff is rude, unsanitary and unprofessional. It is also false advertisement to state you will be receiving a facial when in fact you're receiving a 15 min face massage.

Unbelievable, but I can give it only one star even without being there. I booked an appointment, and a couple of days before it, I received a text message that it was moved for an hour later. No one called me; no one talked to me. When I called the salon, a receptionist told me, "We found out we are overbooked, so we moved you for later." When I asked why no one had talked to me, she said, "I was going to call you, but I was very busy."

Called just now to book a couples massage but was told they are fulled booked for the day which is okay. The lady on the phone asked if I wanted to book on Sunday and before I could finish my sentence she hung up on me because I said no😂😂 this is exactly why all business should also have an online booking to avoid this behavior 😂 caught me off guard

I booked a chemical peel for my Mom, and the ladies were so incredibly helpful. We upgraded to the VI peep precision plus, and though my mom is still peeling her skin has improved drastically. My baby sister came to the appointment and the ladies even gave her a toy and candy. Great place!!

Took my daughter here for her 12th birthday and got the couple’s Swedish massage. Customer service was amazing. The ambiance was beautiful and the massage was of course the best part! Definitely worth the money. Will be going back and 100% would recommend! Ohhh my package came with champagne however we opted for hot chocolate and cookies instead (it was a cold day)

Absolute love and joy, as a trans/non-binary person I totally felt seen and appreciated. I got the chance to work with Yana and she’s just the sweetest. She made me feel great and welcome and safely in a professionals hands. I really recommend this place to anyone looking for their services. Everyone there was incredibly kind and thoughtful. Horrible customer service, their own staffs do not communicate with each other. The spa offered sessions on classpass but do not honor the appointment. I waited 1 hour for them to tell me that I need to pay them directly. Worst place I’ve ever been to, would not recommend anyone.

My husband and I came here for a couples massage and the costumer service is incredible. We reserve champagne and some sweets and we will definitely will be coming back. They also honor Groupon promotions which is a plus ! Also very clean and covid free.

A little hard to find - it’s located on the 7th floor of the Sharon Realty building and says “Eureka” on the door instead of “Midtown Laser Spa.” Aside from that, excellent! My husband and I went for a Swedish couples massage and were treated like royalty. Would definitely come back.
