Came for the first time to bring my son and had a good experience! Was nervous at first but had a nice haircut for my son and the price was good too

Good prices and cuts. However, sometimes no one is there during their open hours. I've gone several times and the door was locked with no sign saying we'll be back. Just locked, but lights are on and the OPEN sign is on. Other times I've walked in and no one is their to cut hair. The lights are on and so is the OPEN sign, but no one is there to cut hair. This is the unprofessional part that bothers me.

I’ve been coming here the last couple of years and have been satisfied each time with the haircut and she’s also reasonably price. My only issue is there’s inconsistency with the hours-I know she’s recently lost a stylist so just update hours of operation so customers are aware.

She didn’t know what she was doing, there was someone before me came back to fix the hair cut and his mom took the scissors to fix it cause she couldn’t. She got my hair way shorter and not same to my pic at all, she accused me for going there before and leaving without paying, I never been there before i just moved to the neighborhood. If u care about your hair don’t go

I went there today for my hair to be colored. I was disappointed to say the least. The color I requested is not the color I received. I believe it was Lola, who did my hair. This was a simple coloring process, something I've done for myself for over 20+ years. I requested light auburn, but my hair is more on the blonder side than auburn. She told me my hair was dry, I used no products in my curly hair, because it was being dyed. Product was not carefully spread throughout my hair. It was slapped on and spread aggressively. It was sectioned out improperly and pulled at, all the while, I'm hearing my hair snapping. My hair should have been dyed while wet, it was not. Lola commented a couple of times that I needed a haircut and I informed her that I cut 10" off my hair last month. I was so disappointed with how my hair was being handled that I had considered leaving to take care of this myself at home. The most shocking part is I was charged $60.00 for a single color process that was poorly done. Now I have to wait 7 days to correct this myself. The woman who was in there before me had her hair colored for $25.00. For the caliber of work performed, I was cheated out of that money and I did not tip after she hit me with that amount. She is the first person in my 50 years of life that I have never tipped.

Great service! The ladies that work here are super nice and they take your time with your hair cut. They continuously ask for your feedback and make sure that everything is to your liking. They make sure that you leave absolutely loving your hair.
