This place is taking peoples money and doing a horrible job on lashes. When asked to fix them they want you to pay them another fee to fixed your lashes when they come off in less than 24 Hours. Bad business to argue with your customers. When you’re the one that’s wrong. Do not get your lashes done here they don’t know what their doing. You will waste your time and money..

I visited mila threading for eyebrow cleaning and heena tatoo ,waxing some facial and facial as extremely satisfied by their service and warm welcome . Superb skill and quick service really mesmerized me . It is a must go for all males and females who want to look good .everything is good i love it💕💕💕

I paid for lash extensions and henna. My henna is not centered, and I let that go. But what I will not let go is the fact that my lashes did not last even 10hrs. I took a shower and brushed my lashes and they began to fall out. I called about a refund and they hung up on me the first time. After that I called again and spoke with someone and they told me that if I want a refund I'll have to wait to speak with the manager who is out of the country right now. And then when I asked if there is another way I can speak with them, they hung up on me again. I'm not the type to cause problems, even the fact that I didn't say anything about the henna when I was there was me trying to give people grace, but when you hang up on me twice and ignore my calls, that's where I draw the line. Good luck with them if you get service here! Reply to the response from the owner: you guys specifically told me if I want a refund I have to wait until the owner came back from out of the country. And for y’all to tell me I planned this is crazyyyy. The time I came was in the late afternoon on a weekday so where am I going to go? Please tell me. And yes I did report you guys to my credit card company because you guys did not provide the correct / advertised service. As far as the lashes, yes they fall out here and there, but for all of them to come out is crazy. I asked for individuals and it seems that whatever they put on me was clusters not individuals. For it to all come out seems that you guys used the wrong glue. And for the henna it is not my job to tell you how to put it on my hand straight. If you need me to adjust, you should’ve said that. Ultimately it seems the lady may have been rushing because there there were only 2 of you guys there and more people came in, but that should not have been taken out on me as a paying customer. Do better next time.

I put myself in line and still somebody got service before me and then had the nerve to have me wait a long time . So unprofessional and not welcoming for my first time coming I would not recommend them to nobody and I wouldn’t even give them a second chance just taken peoples money instead of what they supposed to do is give good customer service and treat people right as they come into this business!!!!!

Customer service was great! All 3 ladies greeted me and were very friendly. This was my 1st visit and I was not disappointed! I loved my lashes and my Henna. She explained the after care to make my Henna last long. I will be back to try some other services too! Thanks ladies for a great experience. I would definitely recommend Mila's!!

I decided to try a different place to get my lashes done. I got my lashes done on Thursday and by Monday they were lifting and looking like I had them in for a month. Due to my busy schedule I was not able to go back up. I am tired of spending money like that

I get my face threaded here often! The experience is great! The staff are very nice & know exactly how to do their working while making it as painless as possible. The place is clean and the wait is usually very short! I also don't breakout when I ge tmy threading done here, unlike my experiences with other places in the city.

I went to this place couple of times and the services were great. I got my lashes, threading and tint, and there was a combo price for that which is so reasonable than most other places I went to. I also tried facial, and it was pretty good as well. Overall, very neat place, and friendly staff. Definitely recommend

This place is amazing. I went there 3 weeks before and got my combo (threading, tint and eyelashes) done and it still looks good in 3 weeks. The process was very smooth. The place was clean, and staff were very friendly, and experienced. And the price is very reasonable. Definitely recommended.

Worse lashes service, please don’t go to this place for eyelashes, mine and three of my sister’s lashes fell out after 2 days of getting them done. They don’t know what they’re doing..
