I recently had an amazing experience with Samm, my nail technician at Milan Nails. From start to finish, she provided top-notch treatment that left me feeling pampered and delighted with the results. Samm’s creativity and skill really shone through with the nail designs. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and her artistry exceeded my expectations. The designs were intricate, unique, and added a beautiful touch to my nails.

Great nail shop to visit. Staff is always friendly. Most days, you don't need an appointment but the weekends can get busy but they have a large staff that can accommodate you.

Been here twice had 2 good services. I’ve come towards the end of the day both times and they have never rushed or acted annoyed that I came at the end of the day which has happened at other salons when you show up late. The staff has been really polite make sure I like the color ect. Services are reasonably priced and I’ve left happy both times.

They fixed my nails from a previous bad job and they turned out absolutely perfect!! Lovely attention to detail and wonderful customer service. New favorite spot highly recommend 💕

Amazing experience! Super friendly tech who really cared to make my experience a great one and also helped me get some really nice nails! Definitely made them WAY BETTER than the demo photo I showed him! Plus they were super good and gentle with my 4 year old during her little mani and pedi too! HIGHLY recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Nails started messing up quickly. It hasn't even been 24 hrs since I got them done. I wouldn't recommend it. Traffic is awful over here, and it wasn't worth the money.

I highly recommend this nail salon if you live in the Potranco and 211 side of town. I had a pedi and mani done by Tara. I love how my nails turned out, Her work is perfection! I’m definitely booking her again.

I’ll start with this - I have spent the majority of my life being an avid skin picker. It is frustrating and I continuously try to stop so I get manicures pretty consistently. That being said, I know a manicure with me is not necessarily easy. Alex was phenomenal with the pedicure massage. I got the pain killer pedicure which was a wonderful treatment with a fantastic massage. Nails were okay. A piece of polish came off of the nail later that day that was touched up without a top coat 😞. As for the manicure, he started doing my no chip mani at the pedicure chair and I had to ask to go to a table. That was bizarre to me and I was not a fan. I asked to move to a table as I didn’t want the lamp on my lap and to hold my hands in the air while they were being painted. I told him I liked my cuticles to be cut short and neatly and next thing I know, he was reallllly cutting down my cuticles. I’ve been to quite a few nail places and never had that experience before. Unfortunately one of my cuticles ended up cut and bleeding. All that’s to say, my nails looked pretty good when I was done. But 3 days later, two have already chipped. That along with the deep cuticle cut, and almost having my manicure in the massage pedicure chair warranted my 3 stars.

Today I was serviced by Isa. Usually I’m at one gel type of person but today I decided to let her do whatever! Needless to say I love! This is my first time with and will be booking next month with her! Her work is amazing! She was super sweet, I usually love to build report but today my allergies were kicking me so I didn’t talk much, but she still made sure I was taken care of. Would recommend!

Went in and asked for a new set (acrylic powder) and a pedicure. The nail tech told me he was going to do a fill and use gel polish for the color. He told me that gel will last longer. 5 days later my polish is coming off. I will never give them anymore of my money. Now I have to find someone to do what I initially wanted.

What I wanted vs what I got. I told the gentleman I wanted my nails like the ones shown on the picture, without the flower and this is what I got. They aren’t terrible, but definitely not what I wanted. I got a pedicure which was great. However, the gentleman that did my nails messed up THREE TIMES on two fingers and TWICE on another WHILE LAYING DOWN THE PINK. What SHOULD HAVE lasted me an hour or so for my nails, lasted 2 1/2 hours AND I DIDNT GET WHAT I ASKED FOR. They offered to fix it, but after being there 3 1/2 hours, I refused to waste anymore of my time.
