BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SPA, I WENT THERE AND I GOT A FULL BODY MASSAGE AND A FACIAL, THEY INFECTED MY FACE WITH ACNE, AND THE WOMEN HO DID MY MASSAGE IT WAS THE WHORSE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN BOTH SERVICES, THE NEXT DAY ALL MY BODY WAS VERY PAINFUL AND SORE DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.

I had a wonderful experience for my first time at Milan! I got the renew me package which included a massage, spa pedicure with a glass of wine and then I added a face wax with an eyebrow tint. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. My services were executed with extreme professionalism and quality. The building itself is gorgeous and very well kept. I was not disappointed and will definitely be back! Huge shoutout to Chloe who did my waxing- she was outstanding. Super friendly, kind and was top notch when it came to my waxing and brow tint!

Got the Love You package for my fiancé and she came out glowing and extremely happy. She is self-conscious about her hair and they brought her new confidence that she hadn't had in a long time. I'd definitely recommend it to men trying to give their woman a spa day or for ladies wanting to pamper themselves.

Beautiful salon, great service. Had the Brazilian blowout and balayage done, and I absolutely loved it!! Jess did and amazing job, EXTREMELY talented and super honest from the beginning. She walks you thru the process and makes sure that you're getting exactly what you asked for!! I will definitely be going back to her. I highly recommend, she does great work!!

Best military haircuts in town are done by Tinsley, she puts her customers first and never disappoints. My wife also brags how amazing of a job Tinsley does as a beautician.. My wife also recently received a prenatal massage by Ana and said it was the best message she has ever had. All that to say, competitive prices and outstanding staff, and unbeatable customer service.

First of all I would like to thank Angie the manager for doing my makeup she's an artist!! The staff is very very friendly and the place is very clean!! I am leaving my review if you want to go get pretty go to your facials your makeup your hair this is the place to go Milan salon and Day spa on montwood!!! The Makeup 💄💋 prices are awesome as well !! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I just had the best prenatal massage done by Anna. She was extremely nice, professional, and gentle. Afterwards I had an amazing hair cut done by Tinsley, who is also very nice, professional, and has a lot of experience as a beautician. She’s great at making sure you get the style you’re looking for. First impression of the entire spa was very welcoming. I will most definitely be back.

Irene the nail tech did such a beautiful job. Made me feel so comfortable for my first pedicure since my accident. Took the time to discuss what I wanted with me and was so gentle during the pedicure. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to get their nails done! I will be returning! 10/10 🤩

My hair was burned badly , almost All my hair fell off . I talked to my hair dresser , she didn’t want to fix it and was rude . I tried talking to the manager and never got a reply or a call back .

My husband gifted me a package for my birthday, and everything was wonderful. I started off in the sauna, then Ana gave me an incredible massage and facial. Sandra made sure I was comfortable and enjoyed my lunch there. Caitlyn was absolutely lovely and her pedicure was beautiful and gentle. Diana treated my with love, and lastly the super sweet owner Angie did my beautiful makeup. Great experience 😊

Ok so I wanted to get my hair done for an event that I had, in which I had requested for a full blonde highlight. Everything started out fine, until I realized how long it was taking. My appointment took 5 hours and it cost $245. I went to this salon because they had good reviews and the lady that I normally go to was not available. The lady that I normally go to only charges $150 and the appointment only lasts for an hour. The aftermath of this appointment was that my roots were showing and shortly after, like days after, I started to notice that my hair was breaking off and it was all damaged. Now, I have lost a horrifying amount of hair and I am trying to figure out how to fix it.

My nail tech was overall amazing and so personable, but I would not recommend this salon for a mani. My nails (gel polish) did not even last a full week before chipping on more than 1 nail. I booked online for a basic mani/pedi and at the time of booking the price was quoted at $65.00. When I arrived, the receptionist was friendly, but didn’t assist me until AFTER my scheduled appointment time had passed and notified me that the price for my services had already gone up to $95.00 within maybe a week of having booked my appointment. The mani/pedi was definitely not worth $95.00. there are so many other salons to get nails done at a better quality and more affordable price.
