Absolutely worse experience today and I'll never go back because Kenny was very rude because I asked to see more colors and the prices are ridiculous.. and my nails are not what I expected 😒 I paid because I didn't want to cause a problem but never again and the worst pedicure I've ever had

I’d give 10 stars if it were an option!!! New to the area and wasn’t sure on where to go for a full set - this place was incredible. The salon is gorgeous and extremely clean. Greeted with such sincerity as soon as we walked in. Wasn’t pestered for up charges or additional services other than what we wanted. And - let me tell you - the nails turned out better than the examples shown on their website!!! We can’t wait to go back - 2 very happy customers that will now be regulars. Thank you so much for amazing service & reasonable prices!! Mae is remarkable!!!

First time and definitely won't be my last. I'm regular every 3 week girl and I loved the color choices, the kindness of the nail techs, and the whole vibe was lovely. Kenny did a beautiful wintery light purple almost gray. He did amazing! And talked about our love for plants and how to take care of them during the winter months! Whatever place. ❤️

I got my nails done here for my birthday, and I absolutely love them! This salon is perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing experience and high-quality work. They take their time, so if you’re in a rush, this may not be the place for you. The color selection is incredible, with plenty of shades that complement brown skin tones beautifully. My favorite nail tech is May she’s precise, professional, and always does an amazing job. If you want stunning nails and a calm, enjoyable atmosphere, I highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to come back!

I have been trying to find a good nail salon in Newnan since I moved here 2 years ago…I FOUND IT! I went with my daughter and we both got tips and powder on our nails. Great color options, friendly staff that are easy to talk to, super cute nail art on my daughter’s nail, and excellent service!!! Then the cost of everything was far lower than I expected - so bonus points for that! AND my daughter and I both got a free full size tube of hand collagen lotion. Seriously, go here!!!

Made an appt for 4:30 and I arrived early, they were able to take me right away. Beautiful place, very relaxing and the staff was so nice. Oh and the parking was fantastic, plenty of spaces. I definitely found my new favorite place!

Snow and Tran were absolutely amazing. Snow took such love and care with my feet while Tran attended to my hands! This duo is like no other experience I have had. I will be driving from Montgomery, AL just to receive this level of care and attention to their craft! Awesome experience!!!

Very nice place and staff was very helpful. Took my wife to get manicure and pedicure. I got my first pedicure as well. Great job by the staff. Would recommend to family and friends.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a nail salon since moving to Atlanta. The salon was clean, staff greeted us upon entry and got to us quickly. The level of attention to detail by the technicians was impressive! E we’re very happy with our manis and pedis, the shaping, the atmosphere…there want one thing that didn’t meet our expectations. Highly recommend!

I found this nail salon online because my normal guy has changed his schedule and the reviews lived up to my expectations. It's fairly new and the service was superb! Katie did an excellent job on my nails. The sns and shape are just what I wanted. My pedicure was great as well. Everyone is friendly and they take their time. I'll be back for sure.

First time, tried to do gel manicure and add tips on my nails. I have done some other places do that, so I asked the lady if she can do that. She said she doesn’t do that way, it’s not the right way to do. And if it comes off, it’s my fault. Maybe she should learn how to speak to the customer in a right way. If she can’t do it, it’s bc she doesn’t have enough skills to do or maybe did not understand what I asked for her to do. I was okay and fine if she cannot do that, it just irritated me the way she spoke to the customer. Literally saying “I can do if you want but it’s your fault if it comes off” lol

I've been in Newnan for 3 years now and I had been traveling 35 min away to my regular nail shop and I happen to find this place and I walked in and immediately loved the decor and Wendy topped it off with her excellent customer service as well as her work. 5 min away from me, yes I found my spot...and this is the most natural SNS I've had. Thank you!!!

Recently moved here so I decided to try this place after looking up a few nail salons in the area. Sadly I wish I didn’t come here. The decor is extremely nice however, my nails took 2 and half hours. I didn’t have any nails on, I came in with my natural nails so 2.5 hours is such a long time for this set. Kim was polite and the decor was nice however, it was also way overpriced. I got white tips and it’s uneven & there’s sticky stuff on every finger tip. Overall not happy it took 2.5 hours, wasn’t done decent, and I’m left with sticky residue… for $84.

The place was clean, and everyone was nice. However, the service was not up to par. My gel pedicure was not cleanly done, and the nails were cut unevenly. I also asked for a simple mani, no color or gel. The nail shape was not what I asked for, and when I asked for the reshape, I don’t think they understood due to a language barrier. I ended up correcting my mani nail shape at home. I may try this place again in the future.

Unfortunately I found this place to be quite underrated and do not recommend it. I arrived a little early for my 5:00pm booking for a deluxe pedicure and regular manicure. At the desk I was asked by 3 different people what I wanted. I ended up looking at one of them and said “I’ve said it 5 times, you might find my booking on your computer?” To make a long story short, I walked out with toe nails that were all a different shape and crooked because they were badly filed, a nail polish application on both hands and feet that was sloppy (hands were better) and to top it off their quality of nail polish is horrendous. When I tried pointing out the issues (and they were several) the girls though sweet at first became haughty and defiant. One of them didn’t understand English very well which is fine, but I had to repeatedly ask her a question because she made zero effort to try and understand. Instead she just kept saying in an insistant manner “Sit down. Sit down.” In the meantime, they are getting my money. If you have had deluxe service anywhere in Europe or Asia you know what good and competent service is. When you pay these prices for what is marketed as being a great place you expect the best. When that’s not being delivered you should be able to say it without being made to feel that you’re being too demanding or picky. The salon is not beautiful. It is cold and resembles a mass production factory. I think the combination of all these factors (a cold environment combined with impersonal and incompetent service) make up for poor beauty experience. Wishing you all the best.

Went in to get pedicure and a new set of nails they did my feet and never even started finger nails and left me setting and didn’t paint my toe nails and went on to another person after two hours I got up and left. I won’t go back. Oh and they still charged me $50.. And online coupon they said was no good.

today was my first time visiting this salon and i will definitely be back. beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. great assortment of services and nail colors. and affordable!!! wendy took excellent care of me and i absolutely love my nails. i will definitely be back!
