It's my first time come here. The studio is very clean and pretty. The staff Olivia are very sweet did good my eyelash refill and the owner her is so sweet and kind. She makes sure that everything looks perfect and that their clients are happy.❤️❤️❤️ I will comeback soon

I’m sadly disappointed in this place thought it would be a new lash spot for me. The place is really decorated beautifully the customer service was great. I just didn’t care for my lashes I was basically misled into thinking I was getting a certain look. That I didn’t receive the lash tech that I had did overall a great job she work on me for 2hrs removing old lashes and applying new ones when she finished my lashes looked very natural i instantly was annoyed because i had explained to her before we even started in the very beginning that I wear volume lashes she assured the wet look will give me volume because they can add up to 3-4 more individual lashes to one individual lash so I was confused why it look like I barely had any on.. Then she tells me to come back in two weeks to make it more fuller which made no sense basically wanting me to pay again. I called back same literally 30min later and complained they allowed me to come in so they can add more lashes mind you I lost lashes from the time I walked and came back I honestly felt like that’s all they replaced I paid $99 plus a 20 dollar tip I’m still upset I been messaging them and they act like they want to fix the problem only if I pay again that’s very wrong of them I want part of my money back literally had to go somewhere else to pay to make them fuller.

Came in for a hair wash service with Julia and it was amazing! She was very gentle, attentive and her massage technique is really relaxing. I love that they also have the warm bean bags for your stomach and your feet. The shop aesthetic is gorgeous. Overall 10/10 definitely recommended.

Definitely the place to go to! I see Olivia, and she’s absolutely amazing—she always makes sure I look fabulous and feel confident. Everyone here is so friendly and happy to explain all the options, offering great suggestions when asked. They also ensure you know how to care for your lashes so they look stunning and last longer. Plus, the ambiance is so relaxing, it feels like a mini getaway every time I visit!

I love getting my lashes done here. The sets always last long and are so pretty. I've gotten my lashes done at other places, and I always felt like they were too heavy for my face, but here they made a set that's always really catered to me. These are the last three sets I've gotten here.

Without doubt the best lash studio in Katy. I have been coming to MiLash Beauty Studio for a few years now. The reason I stay with this studio & not go anywhere else is because it’s the best. The lash technicians here are extremely skilled & talented. They put a lot of time & attention to detail in giving their clients a wide variety of lash styles. I have tried a few styles & have always loved each style. Lashes are always absolutely perfect I get so many compliments on my lashes. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff & owner Tiffany. The ladies at this studio will go out of their way to make sure you are 100% happy. Perfect lashes every time! The studio is clean, relaxing & extremely pretty. A lot of effort has been put into this studio to make it the best in Katy & that shows. I have had lashes extensions, brow tinting & brow lamination services here & highly recommend this studio. They also offer many other beauty services.

This was my first time to this place and I absolutely love it! Owner is very kind and attentive to all her guest. The place is clean and looks well taken care of. Blankets are very creative, the workers are nice, and the seats are comfortable. I had a friend suggest this place. I live almost an hour away but I will most definitely be coming back. So worth the drive ❤️
