Wowwww!! I never do reviews usually but I had to get on here to tell everyone about this lovely lady, Lisa Nicholson, that I had several people refer me to go to for my facials from now on!! I’m a very particular person. So it’s very rare when I can find a person who can far exceed my expectations!! She’s absolutely meticulous! Her professionalism! Her knowledge! And spotless clean in her working area! And most importantly, she made me feel welcome, and so comfortable! A very pleasant, kind demeanor. A true gift to have found. I cannot thank her enough!! I booked an hour of reiki with Tracy. Her healing energy was amazing. I’m right side paralyzed from a brain tumor. And I was having muscle spasms on the paralyzed leg the whole session.

The massage was perfect. She got all the knots in my neck and shoulders out. I prefer a deep tissue massage with firm pressure and most people hold back a little cuz I'm petite, but she was great. I also love really really hot stones and she had them at the right temp. ❤️ My only teeny tiny negative was that I could hear the people outside in the hallway, doesn't go with the relaxing mood we had going.

Me and my fiance went for my birthday this past weekend and had a wonderful experience. I had Jenna and she was so welcoming and made me so comfortable. They really take the extra effort to make sure it’s relaxing and enjoyable! I will definitely be booking here again!

My far one of the best massages i have ever had. I am 65 and an avid golfer and RV traveler. I typically get massages 3-4 times a month. Ashley truly has gifted hands. Cant wait to visit Fort Myers and schedule with her again!

My wife and I came to Mila Spa to do a couples massage on our honeymoon! We chose the tranquility spa package. Both Ashley and Jenna were amazing! We loved how we could both choose what type of massage, pressure, and add ons we could do individually while still doing a couples massage. My wife and I have both had many massages before, and we agreed this was our best massage ever! We will definitely be back when we are in the area again!

I am not one to write reviews, but I was SO IMPRESSED with my time here, that I felt compelled to give credit where do. I’ve been to countless spas over the years—well into the hundreds due to my work travels—and I can confidently say Mila’s Spa stands out as one of the best. From the moment I called to make the appointment to the time I left, the entire experience was seamless and truly pleasurable. The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff was attentive, and every detail was thoughtfully curated to ensure a calming experience. Kudos to Mila’s Spa for setting the bar so high—I’ll definitely be back!

I don’t usually write reviews but this one is long overdue. I went to Mila spa back in February. I was coping with the deaths of two of my aunts in a 3 week period. I wanted a massage to help me relax and just feel better. After I checked in I decided to explain to the person at the desk what I was experiencing. I wanted the therapist to be informed and prepared. If I started to cry, the therapist wouldn’t be alarmed. The woman behind the desk was immediately empathetic. She assured me that the therapist would be able to handle it. She offered me champagne, I declined. However, she continued to offer me free add-on services and amenities to make my experience special. She went out of her way to comfort me. After my massage I returned to the front desk to pay my bill. The woman at the desk informed me that she was Mila and she was covering the cost of my massage. I was shocked. She said she was sorry for my pain. She said she liked to give back to the community. What a caring soul. She put her care for others before money. Not many would do that. The massage didn’t make me cry; but her kindness did.

I got a facial with Zoe’ she was super nice. The spa expanded so it’s a lot bigger and it’s gorgeous. I recommend it highly! The facial was phenomenal I got the Youthful Glow and it was the best facial I’ve ever had I will be back again for sure 💜

My daughter and her new husband are on their honeymoon on Fort Myers beach and went to Mila spa today for a spa day. The people were very pleasant and nice, however it was so hot there that her husband had to pull over On the way back to their hotel because he thought he was going throw up. Now he feels terrible because it was so completely hot in the place . I think that’s something that needs to be addressed immediately because that’s dangerous for people, especially if he feels so sick after receiving their treatments. Amendment to review- I spoke to the owner and staff and they say it is Rachel and Tony’s fault because they didn’t communicate the problem to the techs. However, my daughter said they both told the girls it was very hot. My advice to anybody scheduling is to make sure you state discomfort very clearly.

This was the best experience I have had at any spa! I visited while on vacation and I wish I could return every month for an appointment. The prices are great! The staff was so kind and helpful. From the person who answered the phone, to every person that I encountered during my visit. Also, the spa is so beautifully decorated! I will be returning every time I am nearby!

Today Was one of the BEST massages I've ever had. Sabrina is absolutely amazing. The last time she worked on me I fell ASleep. She understands anatomy & helped my issues so much. Very attentive to your personal needs. Professional & courteous. Thank you ma'am. I will request you every time. This establishment is sanitized, polite staff & informative of any questions I had. Dedicated client, as long as Milas Spa is in business I would not go anywhere to else. Worth the drive for me. Also great prices. I'm telling you, book your appointment if you are in pain or just need pampering.

Amazing deep tissue massage. Sabrina was wonderful, she got into and worked out the tightest areas in my neck and lower back. Of course being deep tissue it got uncomfortable (but necessary) at points but she was very in tune and lightened up to a medium pressure when I tensed up a lot. Would highly recommend this spa to anyone, pricing is much more reasonable too compared to the more commercialized spas in the area. Thank you!
