This spa’s refusal to provide prenatal massages before 13 weeks is not only outdated but fundamentally insulting to the intelligence of their clients. Instead of adopting an informed consent model—where clients are trusted to make educated decisions about their own health—they’ve opted for a patronizing, one-size-fits-all policy that screams, ‘We know what’s best for you, and it’s not our job to explain why.’ Spoiler alert: there is no ‘why.’ This policy has zero scientific basis and exists purely to shield themselves from imaginary liability. An informed consent model would demonstrate respect, professionalism, and trust. It would involve educating clients about any potential risks (however small) and allowing them to make their own choices—like every other modern spa and wellness business that treats its customers like adults. Instead, this spa has chosen the laziest and most condescending path possible, alienating not just pregnant clients but anyone with an ounce of critical thinking. The irony is that this policy doesn’t reduce risk; it increases it. A lack of trust and transparency drives clients to either withhold information or take their business elsewhere—neither of which reflects well on the spa. A liability waiver is the industry standard for a reason: it protects both the client’s autonomy and the business’s reputation. This spa’s refusal to adopt it is not caution; it’s sheer incompetence. If management cared about their clients or their credibility, they’d scrap this insulting policy immediately and implement an informed consent model like every responsible business in their field. Until then, I’ll be spending my money somewhere that actually deserves it. Embarrassing.

Kara did a great job cutting my hair. She gave a really thorough consult before hand and really made sure she understood what I wanted. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and I would definitely recommend her to a friend. Additionally, the staff at this location are always so nice and welcoming. I love coming here.

Even though it was my first time at milk+honey, JC (masseuse) made me feel comfortable by curating a relaxing and welcoming environment. She was knowledgeable and communicative. Throughout the massage, she made sure to ask all the relevant questions to make sure she was targeting the right areas with the right amount of pressure. Even though I don't often get massages, JC made sure to explain the benefits on regular massages and the added benefits of the different oils. I LOVED my experience and would highly recommend JC and milk+honey! As far as the facilities, they were clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Also, they validate parking, which is great!

I got an amazing 75 minute massage from JC (Jenny) here and I could not be happier with the experience. I had been sleeping on a bad airbnb mattress for a week, so I was very tight all over. JC took the time and care to find the exact source of the tightness and focus there. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and loose. I cannot recommend JC highly enough. 10/10

I treated to myself to a massage for my birthday, and I think I'm going to start making it an annual gift to myself. Especially if JC continues to work there, she is the best masseuse I've ever had. I don't get massages often, and she was able to figure out my comfortability for the pressure very quickly just through my body language, even though I was nervous to speak up and tell her what I wanted. I also am a chatter and she was ok with that and we had a great conversation, so it was both relaxing and entertaining. Ask for JC as your masseuse! She's great at her job and a super girl person :)

I was in need of a quick trimming of my bangs on a Saturday afternoon and happened to walk by this salon and just walked in and asked if they had any availability at all for a quick trip and although they were fully booked, they squeezed me in for a quick trim session with Natalie and the results turned out great exactly how I wanted it. Booking for a group was complicated because not all services are available to all locations. And a group required to be put all on one card, with gratuity already added. Which would be fine, if 2 out of the 4 massages we got weren't bad. Two in our group got hot stone massages and felt the person hasn't ever been trained in it. The deep tissue was good and facial was great. Not a day spa IMO without a steam room, sauna, or at least snacks that are more than dried cranberries in a bowl and a single beat up apple- especially when you know you have a group coming in?! The lounge is co-ed, so make sure those robes are on tight ladies and be prepared to need at least 3 pillows to actually lounge. Disappointing. It gets worse, their promise to have a leader contact us ( to do what exactly?) has led to no replies and empty promises that someone will be in touch. Despite repeated attempts to contact them no one cares enough to reply.

Don’t recommend for bobs. My hair was layered to the point I have a 4 inch layer on the top of my head. I’ve spent $1000 to have extensions fitted to fix the problem. Picture attached is what I showed and what I left with.

I want to start by saying that I absolutely love Milk & Honey. I have been a long time patron, and Belinda and Rhonda are truly wonderful! This review is specifically about the online scheduling platform. Every single time I try to book a treatment online, I immediately receive a phone call or text asking to "adjust" my appointment time by at least 30 minutes. I'm consistently told to either call to book or to schedule at the end of my current appointment. Having to call for accurate appointment times defeats the purpose of online scheduling. Please address this issue so the platform can better meet customer needs!

Wow. I am mind blown. I had the absolute BEST massage I have ever had in my ENTIRE life with the massage therapist Sky. He has the absolute BEST, most in-tune intuition when it comes to the pressure he uses and where to go. I got a 90 minute deep tissue massage and when I say EVERY SINGLE MOMENT was perfect; EVERY SINGLE INCH of my body he touched was absolutely PERFECT. He knew exactly how hard to go without ever hurting me. I could easily melt into trusting that the pressure would never be too much or that it would hurt. He was SO PRECISE. It was truly a magical experience. I am literally so thrilled and grateful for that massage that I am writing this review moments after the massage in the locker room lounge. He deserves a review right away! If you would like to book with him he is here Wednesday-Saturdays in the morning/afternoon. I think he said he might be doing Friday evenings soon as well. Highly recommend him!!

Wow! Booked here with my boyfriend. He had a sports massage and I had the signature facial. We were a little late to our appointment, but they worked with us and still got our services in. Everyone was super friendly and felt very lavished. The robes were so comfortable and warm, the complimentary tea/water was so nice, and they also have steam showers for use. My esthetician was so kind and sweet, her technique was amazing and she always checked in to make sure I was comfortable and to explain what she was doing. I cannot recommend this place enough.
