An absolutely incredible experience! I’m currently 26-weeks pregnant and was in need of some major pampering. After having an uncomfortable prenatal massage with another business, it meant so much to come to a spa and really trust their knowledge and care. Perla was so gracious in acknowledging my concerns, and truly knowledgeable which allowed me to actually relax during the experience. She is amazing, and I’m looking forward to getting another massage from her before I give birth. I also appreciate that after the session she gave me a stretching sheet with recommendations to keep prioritizing my body and feeling great. I also loved my express facial with Hillary! I forgot how amazing a facial can be! All the products smelled and felt amazing. And the upper body massage was everything I needed. It was the perfect spa day! From start to finish, from the ambiance to the service is what every pregnant mom needs!

From the moment I stepped in, I forgot about my long drive on the 405, the guy who stole my parking space, and my sons…and I was transcended to a quiet and lovely atmosphere of bliss. My facial was the BEST I have ever had and Heather was kind, fun and professional. I sat on my birthday gift certificate for a year and I should not have done that! I will be back with all of my family! Just SO good!!! Thank you!

I love this little spa on San Vicente and I won't let anyone but Alice "work" on me. She does the most natural injections leaving me feeling refreshed and looking like my best self. Alice, a Physician's Assistant, has a few decades of experience in this field and it shows. I love the tranquility of the waiting area, the pleasant staff, but most of all Alice!

Today I experienced the Signature Body Wrap at Milk and Honey's Brentwood location. My spa treatment was lovely, however I was less than impressed with the facility. All the humans I interacted with were nice, but when you charge top dollar it is surprising to find out there is no parking, dirty bathrooms without toilet paper and lukewarm "hot" tea. It was a little disappointing to say the least and I won't be rushing back.

First time at Milk + Honey and really enjoyed my experience! I booked a deep tissue massage with Daria and she did an amazing job. I have been working overtime and really needed the massage and she did a great job addressing my pain areas while keeping me relaxed. I felt super refreshed and relaxed after the massage and would 100% book with Daria again.

Over the past six months, I have consistently been charged the wrong amount during each visit. Whether it’s for incorrect services, incorrect pricing, or the improper deduction of benefits or membership points, this has become a recurring issue. Each time, I’ve had to waste valuable time following up with emails and phone calls to correct these mistakes. It’s incredibly frustrating. Additionally, the products on display don’t have prices, which feels like a deceitful practice, as it puts the customer in an uncomfortable position of having to ask for prices. While some practitioners are great (though my experience with nail services has been poor, including two last-minute cancellations and a rude technician), the overall management of this business is chaotic. At this point, I’ve had enough of the disorganization and will be switching to another place.

This is based on a single experience. I scheduled a mani pedi, arrived on time for my appointment, had to wait over 20mins. I was barely greeted, no acknowledgement of lateness and unfriendly service. The amount of dry skin and gunk left under my nails was amazing. Apparently this place has a policy to specifically avoid cleaning up anything other than the nail itself. I wish this was explicitly made clear as this is not what I want from a manicure. Mani means hand in French, not just the nail. The front desk did extend a discount.

Post-massage from this location, and I'm definitely coming back. I have no question about it. So beautiful inside, and I felt so welcomed, coming out relaxed and stress free. Me and my mom had a gift certificate, and we both got the 45-minute signature massage like half an hour ago. My massage therapists name was Heaven, and she did not disappoint. This was also my first time getting a massage, professionally done, so I am so grateful I experienced it here!

Had the best signature massage by Darrel and he was amazing! His hands were gliding so wonderfully across my body and I felt so relaxed. He was super nice and treated me with one of the best massages I’ve had at milk honey and I go every 3 months. By far the best!

I booked this spa for my birthday, and had a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was soothing and welcoming. I booked a facial with Nardine, and it was truly a rejuvenating experience. She took the time to understand my skin concerns and recommended products that would suit my skin needs. I also indulged in a massage with Chelle, and it was pure bliss. Her technique was perfect, and she was very insightful. She was attentive to my preferences and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the session.

Recently visited this spa and got an ultimate facial and added an extra 15 gua sha bonus. The total price was really expensive so I had high hopes, but was overall very disappointed with the service and results. My service ended 15-20 minutes before it should have and esthetician only used the gua sha on my face for 3-5 minutes (plus my skin was not properly hydrated for this step so I could really feel the tool dragging in an unpleasant way). My skin got worse for 3 days after the treatment and then returned to a normal state. I never saw any improvements from the baseline skin I went in with. Don't waste your money, there are many other spas in LA that can offer the same/better treatment at a much more affordable price.

Facial 10/10. Front desk 4/10. My boyfriend and I went in to purchase me a gc for a LuxHYDRAFACIAL over the weekend. I showed the girl a screenshot of what I wanted and she said she can put it on a GC. She asked if he wanted to pay for gratuity on the GC. He said yes, 20%. She said great we have you down for the LuxHydrafacial on Tuesday at 10:15, I will go ahead and put the GC info on your account let me get your email. Well, they called the morning of to reschedule. I call back to reschedule and ask to maybe change to the LuxFacial since it was my first time and the girl said, well we have you down for the LuxHydrafacial so you can decide the day of. So I went in today and when checking out, the girl (different than who helped up on the weekend, and was very helpful) told me I owed money and the GC amount was for a LuxFacial. I am confused, mind you, they offered 20% off because they canceled my appointment the day of and I took time off work. So, me going in thinking I am being treated by my boyfriend to a facial, ends up paying out of pocket almost $60 for services that should have been originally charged. Also, they could not find the GC amount because the email was incorrect. The bottom line is, the girl who helped on Saturday did not have my email down correctly, so had I received the email with the GC amount and day of facial maybe I could have crossed reference beforehand. The front of the house is who the customer first sees and deals with and they need to be on it because that is the first part of the whole experience. I am not happy about having to pay out of pocket when in my mind, I am being treated to a self-care day. All that being said, I am indifferent about going back. My facial with Susie was fantastic and I loved every minute of it. The scheduling of an appointment as first-time customer was a nightmare.
