I had the best experience at Milk + Honey Spa in Clearfork, Fort Worth! I went in for a haircut with Alina, and wow—she did an amazing job. She really listened to what I wanted and made sure I left feeling great about my hair. The salon itself is super fancy, clean, and chic—it definitely has that high-end, luxury feel, but without being stuffy. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and everything is beautifully designed. You can tell they pay attention to every little detail.

Tina and Georgie are amazing for facials! The place is clean, inviting, and serene. I purchased gift cards for over 5 family members and friends and unfortunately, this year was different than my first experience. The lady at the front desk with glasses and a monotone voice with an uninviting attitude this evening was off putting. She was my last employee to encounter as I headed out the door around 9:43pm. Not a nice note to end with. Fortunately every person before her that I’ve come into contact with are pleasant.

Brandon was amazing! I've had many massages in all different cities in the U.S. and paid a significant amount for said massages. Brandon was superior to all of those places and times! He listened to my needs and suggested things I had never heard of. He did techniques that I've never had before. I was visiting from out of town so I'm deeply sad that I can't go back and see him more often!! I cannot praise this man enough, he was magnificent!!

I was contemplating not writing this review and just letting it go since I didn’t say anything at the appointment… I hoped that I would get used to the new look but I get sad now every time I look in the mirror after the cut and color I got last week and I hope to warn others. I sat for over 5 hours and paid more than $300 for hair that looked nothing like what I asked for and is fried from the amount of bleaching used. I showed the beautician a photo at the beginning and for some reason she instead took creative liberties to give me dramatic, stripey highlights with “money pieces” instead of the subtle balayage I had asked for. She used an absurd amount of dye for the size of sections of hair she was coloring and explained that she’s “heavy handed”, which made me nervous. I expressed concerns about damage from the amount of bleaching she was doing and showed the photo again and then she said I was showing her a different photo the second time (???). She asked another beautician her opinion on the highlights while I was at the sink and she commented that it didn’t look like the picture. She kept asking other stylists for their opinion and advice and generally seemed unsure of her work. I was really worried because I couldn’t see my hair at that point. My beautician said that she liked it so she wasn’t going to change it. When she dried my hair, I realized not only how short she had cut it, but how bleached and dry my hair looked. When I looked at it closely at home, certain pieces were almost white. Should I have said something? Probably. But after sitting there all day, I just wanted to leave. They probably would have charged me full price anyway, based on the experiences of other reviewers on here. She said I could come back and get the color tone darkened, but I’d prefer to just grow it out rather than cause more damage.

They have been charging my account after I cancelled many many months ago with a bill about $400 that I have called to contest and they refuse to refund me my money that they stole. They said they’d send it to management but I do not believe them. They are taking hard earned money from I’m sure other people as well. Makes me sick

I love the comfort of Milk + Honey, as well as how professional everyone is. I mostly enjoy manicures and pedicures here, but have had a massage, hair mask treatment & blowout, and waxing - all of which were well done and I would do here again if needed. I have had several estheticians over the last few years and all were excellent. Erin and Kiarah have been my go-to, professional estheticians lately. I appreciate their attention to detail and friendliness. I love the thoughtful touches like hot tea, comfortable benches with no-jet sinks for hygiene, and lots of lovely smelling lotions and oils for your mani/pedi. My only complaint is that they are on the far side of Fort Worth. I'd love a Milk + Honey on the north side!

An absolutely fantastic experience! My wife and I scheduled a couple’s massage with Cassie and Angelly. They both gave us one of the best massage experiences we have ever had. In particular, Cassie’s knowledge and background in sports medicine was really helpful for finding areas that needed treatment but are often overlooked during other massages I’ve had. I walked out of there feeling the best I have in months. Thank you for making such an enjoyable experience!

My experience at the salon was great until this past weekend when I contacted the salon to inquire about my points that shouldn’t expire due to being apart of the vip program. When speaking to the young lady she told me on my account I have 215.00 on my account and kept needing to communicate with me through a 3rd party to explain the situation as my goal was to purchase gift cards and services . I then asked to minimize confusion that I can speak to whoever understands what’s going on so I can figure out how to move forward. The young lady comes to the phone and then says the prior lady can’t see well and miscommunicated I have 25.00 in points and then started laughing. I then asked to speak to a manager in which she said they don’t have managers on Saturday night. For such an established business that sounds ludicrous to allow young kids to run your establishment with minimal customer service. I called the service line after and asked them to please have the manager give me a call back. It’s been 3 days at this point and no manager has made an attempt to contact me about my concern. There are plenty of more professional college kids or someone that can be a front desk receptionist then current ones are not helpful. Even if you don’t know or can’t help a customer at least be kind and explain that you will have the manager follow up and take care of the issue. That’s understandable but having poor communication skills is not helpful to the business nor to your customers.

The girl was nice but she literally filed my nails completely off. I never go here either and now will never go here again. I’ve never had this happen to me. At least they don’t charge me for the gel removal. But this is literally insane and unsanitary. They used gel polish on an open wound!

This was not my first visit to Milk + Honey though, it was by far my best. My massage therapist, Thomas S. was extremely thorough and able to read exactly what my body needed. The pressure of the deep tissue was prefect - a true deep tissue massage. I really appreciated the time management within the treatment as well. I had no specific request as to what area needed more attention. Simply, just here to relax and have a good full body treatment in 60mins and Thomas delivered beyond my expectations.
