Berenice was so attentive and really indulged my hair to a great treatment. She made sure to understand exactly what it is that I wanted for my hair and gave really great suggestions for my hair type and situation. I appreciated her effort in making sure I was 100% satisfied and I felt so well taken care of. I love my new haircut and highlights!

Front office staff and nail tech were warm and welcoming. The nail polish started chipping the day after and by day 4, half of my nails were chipped. The product used for nail polish is not long lasting at all. It was a waste of money. Additionally, I signed up for the rewards/membership program. Big mistake! I was told I could get a refund if I changed my mind. Since the nail service was not worth it, I came to get a refund and found out they do not give you a refund. You get in-store credit. Call it what it is and don't label it as a refund when it's not. I would not have signed up for the membership in the first place had transparent communication been provided.

I came here to get a totally new hair style and Hannah was so sweet and accommodating with this change. I was so nervous about getting bangs and I had some previous haircut trauma from another salon and Hannah made me feel so safe my hair came out beautifully! Wow, I am blown away. I had some mismatched hair going on from a grow out. Dylan did a consult then and there, went over what I wanted (even though i didn't know possible) and did so many things! Suddenly color was everywhere and I was super nervous. The result. literal magic. My hair looks amazing. The haircut just as good. I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you Dylan!

Berenice did an amazing job! I wasn’t too sure what tone would best suit my skin tone and she was able to help me and give me options. I booked for highlights, haircut, and blow out. This is my second time booking with Berenice and she exceeded my expectations, I loved it!

Booked a blow dry since I was a bridesmaid in a wedding and wanted to look my best. Was charged $280 for the saddest curls, that really were not curls, that took an hour and half to do. Ran back to my hotel to wash my hair blowdry and curl myself.

I have been a client for more than 2 years. I booked an appointment for a Sunday morning and took my 6 year old with me and they refused service because there wasn’t anyone to watch her other than me. They said it’s policy and that it is written on the website. I’ve taken my daughter with me to a lot of salons in and out of state, and it’s the very first time service is refused because of here very quiet presence (she watches her tablet the whole time). They lost my business.

I have never trusted a stylist and they’ve changed my mind about that. Now I have more confidence in caring for my hair. Looking forward to my next service. $90 for the cut $200 for tip and shampoo + conditioner💞

Today I had an hour massage from Tier and I cannot praise her enough! She was warm and kind, which if you are like me and nervous all the time is super helpful. Tier expansions everything and asked great questions to make the perfect experience. I asked for a mid pressure and she did exact my that. I feel like I melted on the table. She worked out a knot in my neck that I didn’t even realize was there- and I’m so thankful for it. I cannot recommend Tier enough!

I went in for a blonde balayage for homecoming and left a brunette. They gave me a free appointment to fix my hair and the lady who fixed it was in shock over what they had done, looking at the choppy uneven hair cut and orange hair, and told me she did the best she could to get all the orange out considering she had used permanent hair dye without telling me she was doing so. I have spent around 2000 on my haïr previously and all of that work was ruined and has been deemed unable to fully fix in the eyes of their professionals.

I went there and got a haircut by Mel. She listened to what I wanted and made adjustments based on my hair texture and thickness. She not only understood what I wanted but knew how different cuts would work with my hair. She walked me through everything she did and why. I came from a far distance and will be back for sure.

I would not recommend Milk and Honey for hair color. I wanted a simple balayage. After 3 tries and 10 hours later I looked like Annie. The initial visit took 4 hours and the results were barely visible. In hindsight I should’ve just asked for my money back, but I went in for a correction. The stylist, Matilda, colored my hair with a wet balayage technique. It ended up being yellow on the bottom and natural brown on top. Almost like she covered the top half of my head with a bowl and painted the bottom half an atrocious bright yellow. I went back for a third correction and Matilda did the wet balayage again but brought the color closer to my roots and tried to make it less yellow, but it turned out orange. I have super curly, brown hair so it absorbs color like a sponge. She should’ve known this! Now my hair is extremely dry and damaged. I appreciate that they tried to fix it but Matilda just didn’t have the skills for coloring hair. She was very argumentative/defensive and didn’t listen to me. I can’t believe she’s considered one of their top stylists. Don’t waste your time or money at Milk and Honey. I ended up getting it fixed at Wild Orchid.

My manicurist MinMin did a great job on my toes. The polish has lasted a long time and my feet still feel so smooth a week later. Her massage was relaxing and she kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. She also wore a face mask when I asked her to which was very nice and helped me relax because I knew she cared about me as a client!

I enjoyed my experience at this milk honey location. The nail artist did a great job, however there is not much flexibility in changing your service the day of. I wanted to change from polish manicure to gel, and was able to, but I had to for fit my massage on both my manicure and pedicure, for time reasons… which I understand, they still charged me for the full service on both. I will still come back but will make sure I have my appointment set up right before booking to allow for my full service.

Kate Leatherwood cut my hair and it was perfect. Probably the best haircut I can remember, and it's growing out nicely too. The staff at Milk + Honey are a joy to be around, smiling, welcoming and friendly. I'll be back.

Went to Kate today for a cut and color, went from faded pink to bright red and couldn’t be happier. A++ would recommend for curly hair or bright colors or literally everything.
