I got my nails done on 7/21…. I paid $100… I got the deluxe pedicure and the. A standard “gel” manicure… by the 26th. The gel peeled off and rose up I called and let them know I was out of town on vacation. The person I spoke to let me know that I just had to deal with it and it couldn’t be redone or repaired unless I came back in town within the week. I told them I can prove it bc I have a receipt, bank statements and time stamped photos and they wouldn’t even agree to a discount for the next visit. I’ve never had a gel manicure peel off in a few days. I don’t even care to go back to get it resolved.

If I could do 0 stars I would. They charge outrageous amounts for basic service. They will sit you down and do your nails however they want and then when you finish they charge you for every little thing that they did. They rush through your service and cut your fingers with the drills. Very unprofessional staff, tried to argue back with me and was being rude. One lady tried to say a smart comment as I walked out the door. I will never return to this place. If I were you I’d not go because you’re gonna basically pay for their light bill as much as they try to charge you.

Good luck with this place. Nails got done paid for gel and i went back twice to get it fixed The female manager fixed it the first time and wouldn’t change the polish she fixed 3 nails it kept lifting the very next day obviously there is something WRONG with the gel polish Charge you $15.00 for gel polish and it lifts they dont care about your inconvenience trips to go fix this. With all this they still expect the tip. I wont be their costumer again. I wont recommend anyone this place because they are horrible. They are not clean either

In my opinion this is the best nail salon in Orlando. I am super picky when it comes to who does my nails. The ladies did such a great job with my nails each time I'm here and they are very friendly. The deluxe pedicure is worth paying extra for as well

My solar full set was perfect! The nails are lightweight yet durable, and they look so natural. The staff did an excellent job, and I’m very happy with the results.

I got a gel full set, and the results are stunning! My nails are shiny, smooth, and the color is vibrant. The techs are meticulous and really care about giving you a perfect finish. Definitely worth the visit!

I was a loyal customer here for over 5 years and I am APPALLED at how horrible my nails are after my last visit. I got fills & gel polish with chrome. The gel on 2 of my nails started peeling within 48 hours. I went back to get them fixed and they fixed it free of charge. Now after a week & a half, 5 of my nails are peeling including one of the ones they supposedly fixed. Considering the entire service with my pedicure costs $120, you’d think my nails would be as close to perfection as you can get. I have NEVER had something like this happen to me before. I want to go back AGAIN and get them fixed but at this point I’d prefer a partial refund because this is ridiculous.

Let me preface this by saying, you have to see V. She is impeccable with her service & speed - she will recreate any picture of nails that you show her. If you see anyone else… I can’t recommend, I’ve had a few horrid experiences with other nail techs.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. My cousin went to go get her pedicure and nails done for her graduation. She was so excited to get them done just for her to leave upset and unsatisfied…She expected her nails and pedicure to last for a reasonable amount of time, just for them to last 2 days when she noticed the polish on her toes chipping and her nail broke off. How is it that after 2 days it started to mess up? it’s RIDICULOUS. She paid over $160 for both services. They told her GEL last a long time but it came off after 2 days. So was that a lie? When she tried to get them fixed they expected her to come in the next day. Mind you she couldn’t come in because she went out of town to celebrate. They need to do better with accommodations. Her and I REFUSE to ever come to this establishment again. I’ve been to better salons with better service and an affordable price. This establishment is NOT it.

If I could this place NO STARS I would. I definitely DO NOT recommend this salon. I got a pedicure for this place and a couple days ago my right big toe was hurt so much but I didn’t think much of it maybe I hit myself, it would go away. The following day I woke up & it still was hurting so I decided to see if it was something serious so I drilled my GEL POLISH OFF & come to see I got fungus on my big toe from this place. I only get pedicures from this place because work around the area. I told my sister about it and she actually went 2 days before me & she told me these people don’t sensitize the equipment after using it on others. She’s had to bring up to their attention about using things not sensitize. We are paying for these things to be done correctly, of course they want the fast way out. That’s disgusting!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!

JUSTIN JUSTIN JUSTIN. If you go here ask for Justin! He is absolutely amazing and so detail oriented. He makes sure the shape of your nails fit you perfectly. He ACTUALLY listens to what YOU want and will give it to you. I’ve been here before and got my nails done by another lady and everything I wanted done with my nails she would tell me no and do what she wanted. I have gotten my nails done twice by Justin and absolutely loved them both. The spring set was a freestyle from him (literally got none stop compliments) and the white and gold was based off a picture I saw and he did it identical!! I am in love with each set he has done for me. No matter what I will continue to Come back for him! Get with Justin! I promise he won’t disappoint you!

My cousin went to get her manicure and pedicure done and received horrible service. Within a few days of getting her pedicure and manicure done with gel she noticed that it started to chip. It should not be chipping after a few days especially if its GEL. When she told the technician about it they refused to accommodate her for both services. Her nails also started to lift. Do NOT go here they did not help in any way and claim they can not do anything about it (when they ABSOLUTELY can). They are overpriced and their quality is really low for the amount you pay. I suggest looking for another spot. P.S. they keep their customers hostage if you don’t like your service and on top of that they ask for collateral. It’s a 0/10 for her and for me. I do NOT recommend…

No recomendable se me hace una falta de resto que entre ellos estén murmurando y criticando ala clienta piensan ellos que uno no se da cuenta solo por que al principio no me realize un diseño que pedí y pedí otro y entre ellos empezaron hablar en su idioma todos los trabajadores se me quedaban viendo la verdad me sentí muy incómoda jamás regresaré a ese lugar.👎

Over priced for nothing I paid $55 for my toes..Got gel polish and spent money to take the overlay acrylic off my nails..This lady cut all of my nails off and ripped off the skin on my pinky I spent $80 all together...THAT WILL BE THE LAST THEY EVER GET FROM ME.The service is horrible and the manager dosen't know how to manage or treat customers right! Not worth the time I was so upset!Ripped my real nails I had a overlay and the manager told me soaking takes along time and when I get the gel taken off it can cause my nail to come off!!! What the heck! Tried to give this place another shot but I paid $165 for my nails and toes and the gel chipped within 3 days. Zero stars!

Do not go to this place! I went and got a fill in and pedicure. I was cut on my big toe and didn’t think anything of it but noticed I was bleeding a lot. When I left my toe was hurting and the next day it was swollen and leaking pus. Plus my nails are gel and are chipping. Went back to the salon to see what can be done. And was told it’s was my toe that’s the problem and no refund will be given. Don’t not go to this salon or you will get an infection.

I got a pedicure on 04/30/24 and the service was horrible!! The woman doing my feet kept dropping the buffer tool on my feet and cutting into my skin and as she did it kept saying it’s ok. I don’t know how other people get pedicures here?! This service is so terrible I don’t think I would ever get another pedicure from this location! 😡.

the worst place ever to get your nails done. The only thing they care about is taking your money and that's it. for a pedicure service in 15 minutes you are ready and also your nails don't get paint well. They don't speak English so if you want to ask for something they won't understand you or they act like they don't speak English. the service is horrible. If you want a good pedicure and don't want to be treated like a walking wallet, this is not your place. Great location but is not worth it And super expensive.

Today by far has been the most shocking to say the least. Me and my daughter have been going to this nail shop for a good while now. Justin always does our nails. Today as he was doing my nails I asked him to make a small minor adjustment in covering the edges of the gold strip on my nails. His response was no one is going to see it. My response was I’m paying for it so it needs to be to my liking. I said it very calmly because he usually always says something slick but I never take it personal. Today after I said that to my surprise Justin got up speaking in his language and ran to tell his aunt who is the owner or part owner that he doesn’t want to do my nails. Now mind you I’m totally caught off guard because he’s speaking his language that only the workers understand which is very unprofessional and disrespectful especially when you talking about me. This lady comes over to me instead of asking what happened she immediately starts defending her nephew lil feelings. So of course I got pissed and explained to her what I asked him to do. Honestly if he would have made the adjustment it would have took about 2 seconds to do. She’s so into telling me he’s not doing my nails anymore and my nails look fine to her. I told her I’m paying for my nails so they need to be to my liking not hers. She kept going on and on not listening and then immediately start saying she can remove the set. Like wth I didn’t sit here for over 2 hours for this and he started on my daughter nails 47 minutes after our appointment which was at 2pm. I’ve never in my life been treated like this all because I asked a nail tech to make a vet minor adjustment. One who I thought was cool because we been going for a while. But there it’s about family feelings over business. Now I’m being told to not come back because her nephew Justin got upset. By the way my nails were not fixed but yet I was threatened to have them removed or pay. I paid the $135.00 which was ridiculous after what I had to experience. I was so hurt and mad I shedded a few tears because I treat people with respect and yet I was very disrespected. I still can’t believe this. If you go to Justin who does nails good pray he doesn’t get in his feelings because he’s gonna run tell his aunt and she’s going to defend him and not listen to nothing you say and tell you to never come back. I’m in disbelief that I got treated this way today as a paying customer.
