I 10/10 recommend this beauty salon! I love the positive atmosphere of this beauty salon and how attentive the staff is with all of its customers. Olivia does my hair and she’s truly the best! She’s very skilled at what she does and always delivers beautiful results! My hair is always looking and feeling healthy. :)

I moved back to Miami in 2022 and I’ve spent the last 2 years looking for a solid salon/stylist that I want to build a long term relationship with, and in so happy to say I’ve found my spot! I was scheduled with Gia and she gave me the haircut I’ve been trying to get for so long! It was so perfect and bouncy and I’ve had a lot of fun styling it the past couple of months ☺️ She’s also so nice to talk with and we hit it off great, I can’t wait to book with her again. My cut was in October, and to this day I still get compliments - so happy with everything!

I visited Millennial Hair Salon and had my haircut done by Olivia. While she was skilled, I left feeling deceived and very disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding pricing. I had booked online for a $40 haircut, but when I arrived, Olivia told me the prices listed online were outdated. She explained that adding layers would be an additional $10, which I agreed to. She then said a blow dry was necessary to complete the haircut evenly, adding another $5. However, when it came time to pay, my total was $100—not including tip—far exceeding the prices I had been told. It felt like charges kept piling on, and there was no clear explanation of how the final cost was calculated. The lack of a clear, written price list or menu made the process confusing and frustrating. I strongly suggest the salon provide customers with a detailed price list upfront, in person, so clients can make informed decisions. Transparency is key to building trust with customers, and unfortunately, this experience left me feeling misled and taken advantage of.

Gia is so good at what she does! She did a beautiful long layer cut on my hair. I’ve received so many compliments on my hair because of her work. Gia is my go-to whenever I’m in Miami. She is so sweet and personable. Highly recommend ❤️

Steph is literally the best! I’ve been coming to her for years and she’s the only one I trust to do my color from all my crazy ideas from being silver blonde to now black blue and every time just comes out amazing! So obsessed with my hair!

Mel was an amazing hair stylist! She took my frizzy, puffy, mess hair and turned it into a master piece. She legitimately cared about the health of my hair and gave me a haircut I'm proud to show off. Will definitely be seeing her again 🫶

I booked an appointment with the owner for today at 11:30am. i got there on time, and realize they’re closed. i checked our messages thinking maybe i got the date or time wrong, but i didn’t. i called the owner, who i was texting prior about the booking and costs, and no response. i called 3 times, no answer. i waited outside for 40 minutes before i left. i’m a really patient and understanding person, but i was waiting for an arrival i didn’t even know would come. I live far, and drove 35 minutes to get to this specific salon. Very unprofessional business.

I had a hair cut and a blow dry with Gia. She is awesome, an artist you can call her I looked like a different person, and she did exactly what I asked her to do. I recommend her as a very highly professional hair stylist.

Gia is absolutely amazing! She cut my hair and my boyfriend’s hair and it came out exactly how we wanted! She is super detail-oriented and always makes sure you are happy with the length and style. We are so happy and we will definitely be coming back as regulars!

I am not local to Miami, so finding a salin with availability and no recommendations was stressful. They were able to squeeze me in last minute for a wash and style. I'd just had surgery on my arms and hadn't been able to wash my hair for days. I was comfortable the whole time and the scalp massage was very pleasant. I wasn't overly pressed for conversation, and I am beyond thankful for that (I'm always super awkward in public).

ABSOLUTELY HANDS DOWN the best balayage ombre that I have ever had! My hair is VERY dIfficult to lift. MELISSA ..did it seemlessly. ALL of the stylists thereARE this amazing! The atmosphere is so chill ! The vibe is just so amazing. My color is the best I have ever had. The cut was equALLY as good. Price was on point! She even had to do a root smudge with it. There was not 1 single thing About my hair that I was unhappy with. I will be literally fying in from Dallas Tx everytime I need a touch up!!! THANK YOU ALL FOR RUNNING SUCH AN AMAZING SALON!

I have personally never been happier or trusted a salon more than I have here. I have had a HARD TIME trusting any hair stylist. I’m also very shy and have high anxiety. So it’s hard for me to talk about what I want, but this appointment I had as my first time made me feel so incredibly comfortable. Everyone was so nice, I ended up having full blown conversations with not only my hair stylist, Melissa, but the stylist next to her and her client as well as another client who was waiting for her appointment. I mean I can’t explain how welcoming it was to come here. Even the owner, Stephanie, was so nice and ensuring everyone was okay. She was very attentive and observant to ensure everything was running smooth. I truly loved my experience here and my hair came out BETTER than I even expected it to. I plan on bringing everyone I can to this salon and def would recommend everyone here.

She created exactly what I was looking for and even better. I still cannot believe that my hair looks the way it does. She is amazing, so kind and passionate on what she does. So thankful for this salon. I have been cutting my hair with Stephanie since I was a teen and I am now 32. The outcome of my hair was incredible and I go really light wanting to put silver in my hair. My hair is dark brown. Like anything we should expect that if we want a good outcome and want what we’re asking for that the price and the time will reflect that. Going extremely light to put in silver takes a few hours. As well as the labor that is put in by the stylist. I will pay and wait any day of the week for great outcomes opposed to having my hair burned or having an undesired outcome. I felt that she was very prompt in helping me, the salon environment was great, the lady that helps clean was so cute and brought coffee and more coffee and more coffee! I loved it. As well as Stephanie’s assistant was very kind, personable, and helpful. So much attention to detail from the staff, and always incredible to watch Steph utilize all the knowledge she has to bring everything to a desired outcome. She is on the ball and even if you think you’ve been sitting under the heater too long with lightener, she legit knows hair and the timing! I have never had a bad outcome! 🥰

Amazing vibe and people, it was never once awkward, i came in with fried hair expecting it all to get chopped off but he rejuvenated my curls with minimal cutting and keeping some length, dario is amazing! thank you!

I have been coming to Millennial Beauty Salon since they first opened in Kendall and from the beginning of my journey to present day they never disappoint. I went through quite a couple hairdressers trying to find that one place I could trust with my hair eyes closed and when I came across Steph (the owner) and her team I finally found them. I have been white bleach blonde, copper, burgundy red & back to blonde and my hair has never been compromised. Steph is very knowledgeable about the process of using bleach and mixing colors and shares her knowledge with her team. At any chance I get I am always recommending her to family and friends because of the amount of trust that I have in her. Not to mention Steph and her team are all so welcoming and humble and being in the salon with all of them gives you a sense of security. Regardless of the color hair you have if you’re looking for a salon that you could trust with your hair look no further, you’ve found the place.

Recently, I got a haircut at Millennial salon by the owner, Steph. I had never been to this salon and was going by referral because I had a messed up haircut. Overall, the job was done well however, the service was terrible. I walked in and sat down because there wasn’t a receptionist. I sat for 20 minutes until someone came up to me asking for what I was there for. From there she whispered to her coworkers and it was clear they were not expecting me even though I had an appointment. Steph was dyeing one clients hair and starting on another hair dye at the same time meaning she overbooked me. After 45 minutes of waiting a random stylist came up to me telling me she would wash my hair. (Usually when I go to a salon the stylist consults me and asks me what I want before washing my hair. )While she was washing my hair she asks Steph if she should put a hair mask so I could wait there longer while she tends to her other clients. Steph then tells two other stylist to finish her jobs because she overbooked. After about an hour Steph brings me to the chair asks what I want and then immediately starts recording me without permission for her social media. While she was cutting my hair told me someone else would be blow drying my hair. However, I originally asked for only a cut. She then tries to gaslight me into thinking she needs to finish the haircut after my hair is blow dried even though I have never had a stylist do that. I insisted and I could tell she was mad and only wanted my money. Although she did a fine job, I was really disappointed with the service. I was considering other services like balayage because her work looks nice however, I would rather go to a salon that is more organized and treats their clients the way they should be treated. Especially from the owner of a salon.
