I do always come here for a new set/fill in. Lovely people honestly. Sometimes it can get a bit crowded but they still fit me in somehow. Kathy did my nails, definitely recommend her.

I live in the neighborhood and this shop is really the only one in area that does nail and good wax services however it comes off money hungry to accept customers and then when others walk in you tell them they will wait 30 more min after already waiting about 20 . Allow customers to have a choice if they want to wait excessively. To wait until I’m sitting and waiting for services to then tell me I have to wait because someone came I. And left and decided to return after you told me you had time for me is unprofessional. I would come consistently if they were honest about wait time and actually took you in . I’ve even had an appointment and sat here waiting so either way it doesn’t matter …

I had the best experience here and I'm definitely going back. They made me feel like this was a 1 on 1 spa experience and it was not crowded. I don't like or trust a lot of people around and it was what I needed just ME!!! The customer service was awesome and just to know that they validate how I feel about privacy is amazing! They are the BEST!

Kathy is hands down the best. She is very talented and passionate. She can deliver any design perfectly. She takes the time to learn her clients and their style. I have been going to Millie nails almost two years and I have never been disappointed.

Had been neglecting myself for quite some time. My feet were atrocious. Full of dead hard skin and overgrown nail beds. They were shedding and cracking something bad on the bottom. Kim took care of me. Got my feet feeling great again. Soft and rejuvenated. She took her time and you can tell she has a lot of integrity concerning her work. And I appreciate her not complaining or having a bad mood about it. Overall, salon wasn't busy. I didn't feel rushed. Prices were affordable. Customer service was nothing I've ever experienced in a nail salon. Everyone was friendly and were customer oriented. They smiled at eye contact and Even made small conversation. Even supplied a courtesy drink. I got the deluxe Pedi. It comes with hot towels for feet and for legs milk and honey scrub and bath bomb hot stones extended massage of legs and feet. And the best massages. The only thing I did not like was how weak the massage chairs were. You barely could feel them working. Thank you all for an exceptional service. I will be back.

Everytime I patronize this family centered nail shop makes feel at home each and Everytime. I come here & spend money consistently every two weeks for me and my daughter today was the worst experience I ever received. I asked for a certain nail design showed the picture. They took a snapshot of the picture and still messed up my nails not only did they messed up my nails, but they are not buffed polish is not completely on the nail nail scratch from when they were filing them. The owner Kathy did not even asked to fix them or make it right as I’m her regular customer. They have non experience nail tech working in here who do not know what they are doing & rushing to do your nails. I will not Return back to this location and do not recommended it .

I went into Millie nails and the environment is so refreshing now and the staff is so pleasant . I asked if they can do my nails like the picture on the left and they did exactly that on my right hand … I can not wait to go back and enjoy my feet done and nails done !!!
