I decided to treat myself today with a manicure and set of acrylic nails.. I had an older man as my nail tech and I'm just not satisfied with how they turned out. My nails cost 55$ and I tipped him 10. The lighting is very dim in their and I wasn't able to see them clearly until I left. My nails are uneven and thick. He didn't paint them all the way to the cuticle, so it looks like I already need a fill in. I'll never go back and definitely wouldn't refer anyone else at this place. After looking over the other reviews, it's clear to me that they don't care about their customers being satisfied with their services. The whole point is to make them appear natural and there's nothing about them that look natural. I should have bought press on nails and saved 65$. Definitely won't be going back, nor would I refer anyone else.

I do not know with which they hit me the screens or how since then I have seen very blurred I do not recommend that tab extensions be made there a year ago they did their job better

I keep giving this salon grace and I can’t any longer. I walked in and asked for a soak off for my gel polish and a polish change. The man continued to use the drill after I ask for a soak off & the color I asked for was not the color I received. The guy that assisted me did not seem knowledgeable, I had to tell him to file and shape my nails. And to get the color changed would be 10 extra dollars because he already applied the incorrect color.. needless to say, they have lost a regular client that had been coming for over 10 years .. do not go there if you like quality work and want a good stress free experience !

**Updating my original review below. Got my nails done just two weeks ago; one of my acrylic nails popped off and I had green nail underneath. Came back to have them removed, there was another nail that was green underneath. Was still charged $15 (plus tip) to have them removed. I don’t think that’s good business practice. Been coming only here for 2 years now and rethinking if I should return. Best place to get your nails done in the River City area! When I moved here, I went to 4 different nail salons before trying this one and haven’t been anywhere else since. They are always well-staffed and friendly and do a great job!

I have been looking for a nail tech for the longest that can always create and freestyle new ideas on my nails. Finally found Sophia. She's awesome and listens to what type of nail design you will like and executes. Go see my girl. She's awesome and won't disappoint. Also, she doesn't make you break the bank..

Just finished having the BEST pedicure I think I have ever had! Decided to give Million Nails & Spa a try after moving back into the area and it did not disappoint! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by John who was absolutely the nicest and most accommodating person. He offered me something to drink and gave me the menu of services and I chose the Hot Stone Pedicure which ended up being well worth the price ($50). John took his time with every part of the pedicure and then when I couldn't decide on a color (I did get gel which was $15) he helped me with that as well until I found something I really liked. My legs felt great when I left and my toes are beautiful! All in all I spent $65 and left him a great tip because he was awesome! I will definitely be back! Highly recommended 🙂

This place is such garbage 🗑️ they sat and tried to force me to get a service I didn’t want. Then said because they brought me wine 🍷 I have to take the service. My service I chose was 50$ the one they tried to give me was 70$ in the end they charged me 70$ saying my polish was 20$ The staff and who ever responded saying I changed my mind about my services are liars!! I never once asked for the volcano service a female worker kept trying to FORCE it on me stating I got wine so I have to pay for the service I told her she can take her wine and left it on the arm rest. I started to cancel my services do to her trying o force the service but at no time did I request for the service and change my mind

I came into Million Nails to use a gift card I reviewed for my birthday in December 2020 from my brother and sister-in-law. I asked for a pedicure on the day I walked in. I was serviced by Nhi! I absolutely love her attentiveness to the needs of my toe nails. My two big toes had medical issues that I was treating based on advice from a physician. I explained to Nhi what was going on and she has paid extra attention to those toe nails every since. Here we are, just over a year later, and I trust her to always give me the best pedicure experience. I only come, maybe once every 6-8 weeks, but each time I do, she provides the same great, quality service. I highly recommend her!

My Wife and I have been coming here for years. Sovie has been doing my pedicures for 5 years. Her attention to detail is unmatched. She uses the right amount of pressure making it an enjoyable experience. Elaina takes care of my wife’s nails and does an amazing job. She provides a very creative and professional look every time. She listens closely to what my wife wants and does her best to get it right the first time. We will be coming here for years to come.
