Jeanette always knows how to treat my curls with the right products and techniques, teaches me how to maintain their health and strength, and is always warm and welcoming. She ensures my comfort, and is efficient, and a pleasure to visit! I look forward to my hair cuts now when before I used to be so hesitant since my curly hair cuts were never what I envisioned for myself! But Jeanette does my hair justice every time!

I had a great experience at Milvali SF! It was easy to make the appointment, the front desk staff was polite and friendly, and the salon itself is clean, professional, and super cute. I’m not from California and I took a chance on a place that I’ve never been to before for my lash and brow tint, which can be nerve wracking. But Jeanette did such a great job! The color was perfect. I would definitely come back if I lived closer.

I walked in on Friday and was able to get an appointment for Saturday! Jeanette was so friendly and knew exactly what my hair needed. I love how my hair turned out and it was a very smooth and quick experience. I look forward to coming back!

Went in to have extensions put in with Deb. After leaving I noticed head tension and tightness on top and in back. I thought extensions needed time to adjust to scalp. It did not! It felt like squeezing and tightness also pulling! I hoped next day would be better. It was not! Finally I called to ask if it's normal and am going to need extensions removed as soon as possible. They did not call back so I called again, no time for removal. Finally the assistant manager Fidel fit me in for removal. A lady there removed which felt like she was ripping my hair out from scalp as she was not gentle but did apologize. They did offer to redo so it's not tight? I said no! I need them out asap it hurts!! Upon leaving I asked for a refund as I've only had in for 2 days! The assistant manager was rude , said they are not charging for removal! I said, can you ask owner as she put them in too tight and I'm sure she would as this is not ok! He said it's doubtful but I will ask but the answer is NO! After that my hair has been falling out in back only in large quantities! I was in years! I called again, in fact I called several times with the run around of owner not there, just left, stepped out etc. I finally after 2 weeks spoke with Fidel again whom was extremely rude and argumentative! He said he believes me and doesn't doubt it was tight but NO TO ANY REFUND! I am extremely disappointed and appalled by this place as I've had my hair done here before! I was left with severe hair loss!!This place is a money grabbing scam! The worst customer service and the worst place to get extensions or any hair service as it's over priced and subpar! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT COME HERE! If they make any hair mistakes? You will NOT get a refund for your hair loss or a bad job!!

Have been seeing Deb for my hair extensions for 14 years now . I drive in from Walnut Creek to see her because she is an artist and a perfectionist . My hair always looks natural and the extensions are a perfect color match to my own hair . She includes a cut or trim and style after all her extension work . Her expertise keeps my hair healthy even after all these years . Friendly staff and great location .

Take a look at what they did to my friends hair when she asked for a dark brown gloss- they permanently dyed it black and let her walk out with dye stains on her forehead. The colorist told her to "use makeup remover wipes to try to get the color off her forehead"... She called the front desk for a refund and they insisted the work was well done, even as they looked at the photos. They said you can come back in if you want it fixed. PLEASE look at these photos- if you have eyes, you can tell that this is incredibly bad work. Would you trust going back in when they let you leave like this?

WOW my hair looks amazing. Beautiful blonde highlights and brown low lights w purple and pink woven in perfectly. Lindsey is awesome and hilarious. The time flew by. She made me feel so happy and pretty!! Ultimate self care w her. The salon is super cute too. Fidel put some purple extensions in my hair too!!! My hair has never felt so good. Thank you!!!

Deb is by far the greatest stylist I have ever gone to! Her and her team! I have worn various types of extensions for over 12 years and have been to many salons from Los Angeles to New York. My experience at Milvali salon remains my favorite. I was apprehensive prior to my visit, but the entire team made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Deb is beyond knowledgeable, she put incredible effort into making sure my hair blending perfectly. She understood my hair texture and made sure to guide me on at home care and styling. The quality of the extensions are next level. Seriously can not get over how fantastic my hair looks. Healthy, soft, and luscious!!!

I’ve now been coming to Milvali for just under a year for extensions with Honey and as someone who has had a lifelong struggle with fine hair at hair salons, my experience with Honey at Milvali has been life changing. She is so incredibly kind and easy to talk with AND is amazing at what she does. I’ve been told in the past by other salons that my hair is too fine for pretty much anything and that I need to just accept it. At Milvali, right from the get go Honey knew exactly how to work with finer hair in a way where I’ve only ever felt empowered and my confidence has gone up so much. My hair is long and full for arguably the first time in my life. And incredibly it’s not just from the extensions adding volume - Honey cares deeply about the health of my actual hair and that has only improved as well since I’ve started coming. I would give ten stars if I could 🤩

Ana was social and sweet. Made my extensions removal go by fast. Felt that we could have continued our conversation but she had to get back to work and I had a long commute back home. She was also informative about hair products and other hair extention options. Go see Ana, you will not be disappointed.

Completely recommend Mercy! She tamed my super thick curly/wavy hair. I tend towards frizzy, but she really made me a sleek beast. And she is a DELIGHT to be around. Cannot recommend her enough!

Dani did an amazing color correction in my hair. I’m ice blond again ! They were very kind and professional. Mila did my extensions and they are beautiful melts with my own hair. The girls are amazing. I’m so grateful to meet them.
