Amina is quick, very friendly, skilled and most of all, close! Definitely would recommend. I ended up loving my senegalese twists (and I'm picky). Also love that she's based out of a salon and has wifi.

Mimi is an awesome hair braider! I am so glad I found her to braid my daughters hair. She is kind, gentle and quick. She takes pride in her work and we have never been disappointed in her work. My 11 year old daughter loves the way Mimi does her hair! I would 100% recommend her.

Not even sure if this place is real since I never heard back, even though I tried to contact her multiple times. I've sent a message thru her website asking for a quote - nada. Texted the number listed on her Instagram - nada. Called a few times during business hours - never picked up. Called again and left a voicemail with a callback number - nada. All contact attempts were made on different days and still nothing. So either this business doesn't exist, or maybe you can only get an appointment if you're a friend of a friend of a friend. Idk, but message received that you don't need my business or my money.

Would love an appt but never heard back when I emailed (tried a few times!) and phone didn't pickup when I called (called a few times!). Edit: To the owner: Yes ma'am, I have tried to reach out multiple times using the "Get Quote" purple button on the website. I also sent a Insta DM on Oct 16 at 11:36am. I called a few times in Oct and left I believe 2 VM's. I have not heard anything back until your very quick reply to the negative review ☹️

Amina was so kind and provided a very relaxed atmosphere as I was getting my Dutch braids which only cost me $25 bucks! I highly recommend using this place! God bless her to stay prosperous and in great health. In Jesus name I pray Amen!

It always amazes me how a business professional doesn't answer or returns phone calls. I am in town for a few weeks sitting for my grandkids and wanted to get my granddaughters hair braided. No return call. I guess coming from the Midwest I expect a higher level of service. This is why we cannot have nice things. I now suspect the reviews here.

Mimi definitely deserves MORE stars! I really enjoyed my experience with her. She’s very sweet and down to earth! Booking was easy, and while getting my hair braided for the first time she was so gentle. For gentle hands the style came out DOPE! My husband wasn’t so sure about me getting braids because he dislikes weave and braids, but the moment I walked through the door he thought it was one of the most beautiful hairstyles he’s ever seen! Cheesy I know Lol, but hey... he likes it so much he wants me to keep getting the same style from MiMi ONLY! Little did I know I would receive so many compliments. I was blown away! There’s one thing for me to really like my style, but for others to walk up to me from family -friends-strangers and tell me they love my hair...that’s how you know yo hair poppin! Lol. BOTTOM LINE: BOOK WITH MIMI, YOU WONT REGRET IT! Thanks girl!!!!!!! I’ll be back SOON- once it’s time to take my braids out 🤪😜 P.S. -You did a beautiful job on my moms hair, I absolutely LOVED IT😍. I really enjoyed my experience. She works fast and accurate. She conversates and listens. I feel she is very passionate about what it is she does and I really love my hair. I Jasmine will be returning and also sending people her way for sure She needs more that 5 stars.
