My service and haircut at Mimi Hair Express by Kathy has been the best I have had in years. I would not hesitate recommending Mimi Hair Express for man or woman. The cost versus value is excellent. Kathy, the cosmetologist that cut my hair was cordial, pleasant and actually listen to me as to how I wanted my hair cut. Kathy made suggestions that I accepted given her professional service and skills. I plan to return every four weeks for my haircut and hopes Kathy is still working. In reviewing the other reviews with low ratings, I can only think these individuals are complainers, vindictive, mean and are trying to get their service for free. Sad that some people can be so vicious and self centered.

I went here and got the best haircut for only $15!!!!!! If you want to get a good haircut for your money go here. If you want to waste your money then go somewhere else because these people were so kind and nice to me.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to even a stranger. I went here to get hair color, hair cut and waxing. There is nothing good about the service so I don’t know where to start from. All my grey hair remained as is after 1 hour. I was there for 3 hours just for waxing. WORST WAXING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. The lady couldn’t see properly I think and she didn’t even know how to apply the wax. She hit me on my face for 6-7 times, very messy, no proper space. I have attached couple of pictures that will say it all.

It took quite a while for them to start the haircut to begin, considering we booked an appointment. The mens haircuts were pretty good. I could tell they tried and took their time. The woman's haircut was very overpriced for the effort they put in. Kind of rushed the process and didn't do much detail.

Great people at this place. No reservations needed or anything complicated. I have tried sports and super cuts before with their online appointments, and stuff, not worth it. If you want a man's haircut for a deal, go here.

Horrible service, very rude and unprofessional. I asked the lady to cut my hair short and I expected her to cut it by sissors in a professional style. She took a clipper and removed most of my hair which I was not expecting. I could have used the clipper at home and done better job if I wanted the hair to be that short.

Much cheaper than Schroder's. Only problem is, there is a language barrier and at times when you give instructions or show them a picture of what you want, sometimes it doesnt come out the way you hoped. But hey, you get what you pay for

This review is for Fazilla who I've been going to for years for eyebrow waxing. She is phenomenal! She pays great attention to detail, never rushes and is so so accommodating. Even after moving from San Jose I come back here any time I can to have Fazilla do my eyebrows.

Horrible and extremely unprofessional haircut and service! Before cut I told the barber how to cut my hair, explicitely how long in which area and where not to touch. It turned out she just used the shaver with same length slot for my whole hair... Next round I told her once again, only cut which area and never touch the others. Well, she shaved all again! She never follow customers instruction and also very bad in English. Oh right, the services was terrible as well, aggressive speak and she kept watching the TV all while hair cutting. Never back again.

I have been going here for years along with my two girls but as of now I will never revisit this hair salon. Unless you want a mens/boy's cut they just do not know how to cut hair. The basic trim was done horribly and it's so short I can't get it fixed. It not even and looks worse then when I walked in. My daughter had long pretty hair that was also butchered. Either they don't no how to cut hair or it was done on purpose...I've noticed most of their good reviews posted online come from men.

Tina has been cutting my hair for a decade. She only charges less than $10 for my haircut but well worth than that. She's fantastic.
