That was the worst experience, the woman wouldn't stop talking in her language instead of doing manicures and pedicures she should be doing construction wotk. She didn't even know how to file, I owned a beauty spa in Santa barbara and I have to say this was disgusting

Vicky has done such a wonderful job on my lash extensions! I am so pleased with the volume lashes and will continue to go to her for my lash fills. She is so pleasant to talk to and very professional. High recommended!

I scheduled an appointment online and was asked to come in earlier. When I got there it was very busy but I got seated and started on my pedicure, I had no issues with the pedicure except it was very basic, no scrub or massage. It felt overpriced for what I got. My bigger issue was with the manicure. In the middle of my manicure my tech got up to serve another client. I sat with product on my hands waiting for thirty minutes. When I did eventually get a new person my nails and skin were dried out. The new tech cut me until I bled multiple times. Less than 24 hours after my appointment the gel had already chipped and my cuticles were peeling all over. I don’t understand the purpose of making an appointment if nobody was going to be available. Overall I felt unimportant to the staff and thought 130 for gel mani/pedi was overpriced for the quality. These pictures are less than a week after the service.

Love this place! I’ve come here once before, and both times my nails came out perfect. Today Johnny did my manicure and he is incredible! So precise, patient, gentle and communicates to make sure he understands what I want. Highly recommend!

I had a great pedicure today! The shop is very clean and everyone was so friendly. I forgot my technicians name but we had a great conversation and she was very skilled. I'll be back!

I get gelx at mina and they do an amazing job. Diane is my preferred nail tech. She keeps my nails natural and not chunky at all. Shes also very delicate and never over prep my nails.

I’ve been going to Mina Spa every 4 weeks since 2021. Love them! Everyone is so nice, clean, a lot of color options and styles. I always get dip on my natural nails and they’re so healthy. Appointment system is easy to book. If you want any design, make sure to check mark Design as an add on when you book so they can allocate enough time for you. Overall they’re my go-to and all my friends go to them as well. :)

They literally do a perfect job every single time. I've gotten gel extensions here three occasions now, and every single manicurist has been super detail oriented and artistic.

They're always so kind and great at their work. They are usually able to accommodate a walk in with not too long a wait. No special add-ons like wine that others nearby do, but it keeps prices affordable so I can tip high instead. I trust their work and really appreciate their amazing staff no matter who I get! *Knocking off one star because the last 3 times I've tried to make an appointment online I never received confirmation one way or the other. Last time that caused me to walk in the rain 15min just to be turned away for a 2hr wait (when it then started pouring and cut into happy hour plans) because they couldn't accommodate but didn't communicate that. They apologized but then today I also have not heard back so I'm stuck guessing that means I can't visit as planned but also had no alternatives offered. They also have a discounts points system but no clear instructions on how to use it (if you even can). They're still my favorite, but if you need more flexibility with also great quality I'd recommend Sophia's Beauty Lounge.

Got my nails done here, and I loved it, I will definitely be back. Service was nice and they did a great job doing the design I wanted Only left four stars because my pedicure chopped once I got home, I'm not sure the woman who did it applied a top coat Other than that, it was wonderful

Got my nails done one week ago and three are already broken. The first one broke in three days. Do not get their dip… very painful when they break. $85 and 2 1/2 hours wasted for this?!!!! Save your money!

I got a same day appointment for a great builder gel manicure from Joyce. She did an amazing job and my nails turned out perfectly. 10/10 recommend

I had a pedicure yesterday and today I went for a manicure and acrylic removal. I loved my nails with gelish. The only problem is that I had an appointment and they passed two people who arrived after me, I had to get up to ask the receptionist if I had to wait longer, since I had a confirmed appointment. I just hope you are more serious with the appointments and people's time.

I usually love this salon and I tip very well, they are courteous most of the time and Johnnie is usually great, I don’t know what’s going on but I have been a very loyal customer never had any issues but the last three times I booked I was not able to get my nails done like I wanted due to time constraints they never said new rules if you want a design you need to book online I was flat out told three times I couldn’t get ombré because of other appointments, this is just my opinion but I believe in treating customers with kindness if someone is paying for a service they should be able to get what they are paying for, I know times are hard today and these businesses are all about money but come on I was loyal because of the good job they were doing, now I’m getting oh I don’t know how to do that or we don’t have time after I have sat in the chair and have no other shop to go to not fair

I've been to Mina Spa twice now, once for a basic dip (which lasted 3.5 weeks before a chip), and then for some fancier holiday nails. I've been very happy with both experiences and am looking forward to more mani/pedis.

Rachel is the best! Super detailed and thorough, creative designs on point, friendly and overall 100%. I only go to her for my gel extensions, highly recommend! Edit: added another set I more recently got done

To be totally honest I loved my nail set but they overcharge by including so many hidden fees even if you didn't receive the specified service. I was expecting to pay an average amount for a non-gel set but I was charged $105 even though the artist did NOT use gel colors. If I'm gonna be charged this enormous amount I wish they would provide something extra instead of rushing you to leave (other places like Princess nails in Daly City at least provide you with warm hand towel + quick hand massage before you leave for HALF the price). I just wanted to try something new and it didn't work out! Will not be coming back Edit: I just happened to see the business's response to my review and it's filled with complete lies! They made claims that I asked for a pedicure which brought up the cost, but I never ever get pedicures anywhere, so this is entirely made up! I never called beforehand, I simply walked in after a long day at work. Additionally, they claimed that I agreed to a gel manicure beforehand when I never did. I even asked the register lady afterwards that I didn't get any gel colors so why was I getting charged those fees? While I was recently considering giving this business a second chance, I don't think I want to do business with people who willingly lie when fronted with valid criticism. I do not understand this business's practices at all.
