She was really rude to me. Didn’t give me what I asked for, I asked for layers but still keep my long hair, I got a bob cut with uneven layers. She refused to wash my hair. Don’t go to this salon.

I am compelled to write a review considering I am giving them a 1star. This is pertaining to my second and last time time I went in for a haircut with Edisa . My appointment was at noon. I arrived early and the older hair stylist checked me in and told me to have a seat. Edisa finished her with her current client and sat down. In the meantime a gentleman came in with a child and she took them in without an appointment. Mind you, it was already past 12:00pm. After she was done with the gentleman I walked up to her and told her my appointment was at noon. She didn’t even apologize, but proceeded to cut my hair and didn’t even dry it completely. I felt it was rushed and needless to say I never went back. I understand they might have their regular clients they’ve known for years but a little customer service goes a long way.

I love the lady's here . They are so personable. They make you feel like you knew them all your life . I enjoy the talks . I feel so pretty when I leave there . The rates are unbeatable. The service is unbeatable . I recommend them to everyone

If i could i would put zero mina cut my hair she cuted so ugly i do not know what to do with it i came home and cryed ,as soon as she started i knew she is not doing well but i did not say anything i wish i did say some thing she has no idea how to cut womens hair i cant find any even layers in my harso if can do not go to this salon
