I booked a 60 minute therapeutic massage with Tashawn. I came into the office feeling like I was fighting to hold my head up. I could feel the tension in my body. After Tashawn massaged me, I left feeling like rubber! All the tension in my back and neck gone! Tashawn is a very sweet and caring person, she’d ask if I was okay, If it was too much pressure. I have already booked my return visit. Keep it up Tashawn! Can’t wait until my next appointment

I had a 90 minute massage today. I have to say that this was the best massage I have had in the Ft. Myers / Cape Coral area, and I have been to a lot trying to find one Iike. This massage was so relaxing that I will be taking a nap real soon, that's how good it was. I would strongly suggest getting a massage here, you will not be sorry.

Just had my massage and stretch with Tashawn! Very professional and informative. I work in physical therapy so it felt good to be worked on by someone who knows her stuff! She took her time to listen to where my problem areas are and targeted them. I have hip issues and left there feeling amazing. Definitely would recommend!

Ta Shawn was AMAZING!! I had a pinched nerve in my shoulder and after the massage I can turn my head and move my arm without the burning sensation I had before. She is excellent at what she does, I will definitely be back!!

Tashawn is amazing!! Not only are her massages relaxing but she focuses on problem areas which has helped long term pain I’ve been experiencing. She has also given me advice on things to do at home to prevent certain areas from getting so stiff between visits.

I travel for vacation to Fort Myers often. I was looking for a black owned massage therapist and found Mindful Solace massage and wellness. My massage therapist Tashawn was the most attentive therapist I’ve had. The care and service i received was impeccable. The mood In the room was so relaxing and inviting I truly could have fallen asleep. I will most certainly be back for another deep tissue massage. Very pleased with everything! Just wow! From the moment my appointment started, I could tell I was going to be in good hands. Tashawn was very thorough with her pre-appointment questions regarding my health history and the current issues I was having. For the past few months, I had been dealing with daily headaches and discomfort in my neck. In addition to the fact that Tashawn pinpointed my issues and took care of them, the massage was simply amazing and she applied just the right pressure on my problem areas while still allowing me to relax. Literally 2 days after my appointment I woke up feeling amazing and have not had a headache since. I was also highly impressed with the fact that she wanted to research more about my autoimmune health issues in order to add to her book of knowledge. 100/10 recommend Mindful Solace!!!!!
