Dr. Cynthia Higgins performed an excellent evaluation of me for a medical marijuana card. The only issue I have is whether or not my previous physician (Adam Leroy M.D.) with Dolphin Medical in Bradenton has released me as his patient so Dr. Higgins can finish the processing to get my medical marijuna card.

I absolutely adore Dr. Rozelle. I came to Mindspa for a consultation after my therapist recommended this business, after she had a visit herself a few years ago. Before my appointment, I researched Dr. Rozelle and this man is a life saving PIONEER. And my consultation with him only further confirmed this. While I did a lot of the talking, I could’ve spent hours just LISTENING to this man speak. His knowledge is profound and I wish my consultation was longer than an hour just so I could pick his brain some more. But before my appointment, I already knew the hour and 15 minute drive one way from Tampa was going to be worth it.. all after one call to Mindspa to inquire about a consultation. Their office manager, Angela has to be one of the most sincerely kind people I’ve ever crossed paths with. She spent so much time on the phone with me, gathering details so she could help me find additional resources that could help me on my healing journey. And text me the links to each and everyone one of them. That particular day, I was having a real doozy of a day. And Angela’s time and kindness genuinely turned around my whole mood and outlook on what is possible. And the possibilities, my friends, are endless. Don’t give up. And give Mindspa a try!!!

I feel awful I didn’t catch her name but I just wanted to do my due diligence and rave about the wonderful woman who does the Cranial Sacral Therapy here. I came in deeply depressed recently trying to schedule an appointment with a Phycologist. Nobody was available and she could tell I needed immediate help. She went above and beyond and listened to the troubles I was dealing with and told me to come back after her last two appointments. I’m sure there was much more important things she could have done with her time but she chose to give my mind and body the relaxation it needed. I’m eternally grateful and pray she receives many blessings for her kindness and humility!

I went to Mindspa to see Dr. Rozelle to treat my anxiety and panic. I was interested in the neurofeedback he offers. His long list of credentials gave me confidence it was the right place. I was not disappointed. He conducts a QEEG "mindmap" (painless) to look for abnormalities in brain waves. Then he prescribes a treatment plan which uses light, sound, and micro electric currents to train the brain to generate frequencies more conducive to a calm and relaxed state. I felt results during the first session. It's totally painless and for me it stopped my panic attacks and reduced my anxiety symptoms by at least 90%. Another brain map after the 20th session showed dramatic improvements. Time and money well spent.

So glad I stumbled upon Mindspa and Dr. Rozelle. I was recommended through another practitioner in searching for a doctor that did neurofeedback. After calling and speaking with Angela I knew I found the right place. Number one when you call a place you don't always get a human being on the line let alone a lovely person who you immediately know understands your situation and makes you feel comfortable. Angela went above and beyond to even have me talk with the doctor before coming in for our first visit. I can't say enough about what they do there .

I had a very pleasant experience today at MindSpa. The float tank was very relaxing, the facilities were exceptionally clean and private. Everything was explained to me before my float and the front desk was happy to answer any questions. I really liked that after my session I was recommended some other services to try and will be back soon to try a massage. I would highly recommend for anyone who is looking for an alternative method to heal or relax.

I used to like this place, before the plague. It took me six phone calls and two emails to get an appointment. They no longer seem to check their messages and the only way to get a time slot is to catch the receptionist at her desk.Said receptionist booked my appointment back to back with another person and did not account for the 25 minutes it took her to turn the room over. Had they been honest about the time, I would have chosen another day. When I was forced to cancel my appointment because of the aforementioned poor time management which would have made me late for an important meeting, the receptionist refused to get her supervisor and said that she would not charge me for the appointment her actions required me to forego. It is unfortunate.

Just went for my first time yesterday. Very professional and inviting. Angela was super welcoming and walked me through the float process (after hooking me up with some tea) since this would be my first float. Very happy with the experience as well as the place. I'll be back and bringing my wife for another float.

I definitely recommend the clinic and services they do here, especially neurofeedback. I went to Mind Spa and worked with Dr. Rozelle two separate times over two years doing neurofeedback and numerous of other treatments at the clinic which really was a breakthrough with my healing process after a car accident and tbi that I had from the accident. I'm so glad I found this clinic and would definitely recommend to anyone going through similar things.

I was getting back into working out and my legs were tight for days. I went and saw Rachel for acupuncture, and it was like my blood could flow through my legs again. I walked out feeling much better than when I walked in. Great experience.

It is so relaxing that my dog guide is really excited when I go there. I have found the people so caring, understanding my worth and intelligence, and I love the neurofeedback. I wish everyone, regardless of income and resources could take advantage of this, especially those of us with severe disabilities. It was wonderful to meet Jennifer the other day, and I look forward to working with her. My dog does not have any biases, so I know this is a healing, comforting, and healing and welcoming place that has so many functional modalities.

Facilities are top notch. Staff is incredibly welcoming and pleasant. I got a full tour of the building and all the different services they offer, it wasn't a sales pitch just really nice staff. I booked the float tank, which I highly recommend and have since been back to use 3 more times. I have brought a lot of people to use these as well. Tampa facilities do not compare. Even opened early to accomidate a group of friends I brought in from out of town. Nothing but wonderful things to say about mindspa. Just wish there was another one in St. Petersburg.

It took 4 hours for them to call me back, and the manager was so rude and stupid upon returning my call. My mom and I showed up for our appointment and started signing the waiver, which we couldn't finish because the manager didn't tell us any of the precautions on the phone. She didn't tell us that we couldn't use the tank if we had dyed our hair within 14 days, which my mom did, and then she threatened to charge us $500 if we used the tank and ruined it. My mom owns a business and told her that the right thing to do was offer us to come back and have our session paid for, and she ignored us! The young lady at the front desk was much more mature and pleasant. No wonder why the place was so empty. Will not be returning.

I have visited MindSpa multiple times to enjoy the Floatation Tank, Infrared Sauna, Color Dome, and the Neurowave Chair. I did a brain scan recently with the owner who is an expert on Biofeedback and Neurofeedback. The staff are professional and friendly. Many of their services are non-invasive. MindSpa offers a wide range of Clinical and Spa Services.
