I've been coming to Miniluxe, and this location in particular, for many years, and I've been happy each and every time. The staff are all fantastic - doing great, consistent work, and are professional in every way. The app is easy to use, and the front desk staff are always friendly, professional, and accommodating. Unlike other nail salons, they're on time for my appointments 90% of the time. And their attention to cleanliness can't be beat. My only caveat is that they're more expensive than other salons in the area. But, you get what you pay for in this instance!

I had a truly frustrating experience with Miniluxe. I attempted to schedule an appointment multiple times—at least a dozen occasions—but each one was canceled, often last minute. One time, the appointment was canceled as I was driving there, which was incredibly inconvenient. The lack of professionalism and consideration for my time is unacceptable. I expected better from a business with a reputation for quality service, but this experience has left me extremely disappointed. I will not be returning.

The best place in DFW for pedicure! and manicure. Super clean very knowledgeable, trained staff!! Great experience as always. Always a great experience! I will never go any where else in the Metroplex@!

I have recently started going back to miniluxe and I have been loving it!!! 10/10 recommend. And they were able to squeeze me in for a quick fix when my nail chipped which I really appreciated.

Was a walk-in on a Tuesday afternoon and they accommodated me right away. I got a lovely pedicure and the technician was experienced, gentle, fast and kind.

I had an excellent mani/pedi with Monica, facial wax with Reina, and overall amazing care from Nicole. From the moment I walked in the door until I left, I felt pampered and well taken care of. I will definitely be back.

My review has nothing to do with the fabulous nail techs and local management. They are all working so hard to deliver. My review is about the shoddy corporate management practices. The salon has been in a state of chronic disrepair for years. They promise updates, upgrades and routine maintenance that they never deliver on. The salon is in a state of gross disrepair - holes in the walls, ripped up seats, unbelievable disruption issues with water leaks, lack of hot water, the smell of sewage - the front door took about 6 weeks to replace!! They don’t provide the salon with new products on a timely basis and expired products are everywhere. This is just a disgusting & disappointing way to run a business that markets itself as the ultimate cleanliness in the nail salon ecosystem. Apparently the corporate management doesn’t get that the choices in Dallas are far and wide for a cheaper, equal quality and more pleasant environment and overall positive experience than what MiniLuxe Uptown has operated under for years. Anyone that is still loyal to the talented staff needs to shout out reviews telling MiniLuxe that DFW is not going to accept this level of poor management!!! Fix the place up now - give the people the resources they need to do their jobs!! I EXPECT THIS for a service that can be bought on every block in the metro area!

Very clean place! It was recommended by the hotel staff during my stay in Dallas when I was loooking for an emergency manicure and they did a wonderful job. Highly recommend 👍👍👍

MiniLuxe has been my go to nail place since I’ve moved to Dallas. The store is always clean, the music is good. Every experience is pretty predictable as well bc they take into account the time it will take to do soft gel removal, etc. when scheduling. It’s also super convenient that I can get a manicure and pedicure at the same time. I love that they sterilize their instruments in an autoclave too. The technicians are excellent and always go above and beyond. Cristal H. has been taking care of me for over 2 years, but Stephanie L, Raquel, and Morgan have also done my nails and done amazing. Nicole, the manager is also very friendly and knowledgeable! I recommend MiniLuxe to everybody and will go to this location as long as I live in Dallas!

I had two services scheduled. One was canceled by them last minute. I’m handicapped and not making two trips, so I canceled the other and immediately rescheduled at another location that could get me in before leaving town. The original location charged me a last minute cancellation fee. Rigid policies that ignore context that includes your business’ fault is bad business

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Miniluxe nail salon getting my gel polish manicure done by Nicole! She was not only professional but also incredibly skilled. My nails look flawless and the color selection was fantastic. The salon itself was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Nicole and Miniluxe for anyone looking for top-notch nail care!

Always get the best service and manicure here! I’m pretty picky about my manicures and have shopped around to multiple nail salons before finding MiniLuxe. They are always the cleanest and extremely detail oriented. Would suggest over and over again!
