This is my go to place for an affordable massage in Denver. For the price you can’t beat it. The front desk often harasses customers about a tip and it’s annoying. If you (owner & staff) read this please stop harassing customers about tips. Tips are optional, please stop treating people as if it’s mandatory because it’s not. But 20% for good service is what I and most people do. I feel much more comfortable privately handing my masseuse a cash tip to give them more control over it, not really sure what happens behind the scenes when my “tip” goes in a cash register and someone else gets to handle it before the person I’m trying to pay sees it.

Customer service was very unpleasant. Waiting room is not welcoming either. 🫠 The Arvada location is a better experience.

I've been coming here for many years as well as the arvada location. They massage with more pressure than most places which I like. I usually call ahead to book with them since they can get busy! It's usually around $60 after tip which is more than fair pricing. They have always been friendly to me and work around any language barriers with ease.

Not sure how the actual services are as I was “stood up” a little. I walked in, as a walk in. The receptionist asked and i said yes, she proceeded to the back came back out asked for my number then a gentleman came to get me. I asked a question about a service they offer the person kept laughing both times i asked, i don’t think he understood me. He then went and got someone else whom spoke English, i told asked my question, he did not know what i was saying. I was asking about Ginseng powder what it was and how much. I was already seated in the massage chair when he had me follow him back up to the front so i could show him what they were advertising. 2 men were in the entrance, i go back to the massage chair and about 20-30s later the employee tells me they will not be able to service me due to the other 2 men whom walked in and had called prior to me. I of course was irritated that they sat me down to then kick me out the chair. They didn’t offer any other times or options. Bummed as i had been looking fwd to going here. The treatment was very dry & non caring.

The front desk receptionist guy is so rude and has the audacity to ask whether I had tipped my masseuse yet! Of course I will always tip them but let me pay for my service first. Will not come back!

The staff here at the front are so rude, and the massage is rushed and mediocre. After the 45 min massage, which is supposed to be 1 hour, they demanded a large tip. The audacity to think a tip is mandatory is absolutely absurd, especially with the mediocre massage and quit rude front desk receptionist. It is better to pay more and use a place that has at least a 4.5 star rating.

We were the only ones in there and waited about 8 minutes to go back. The girl kept leaving to grab things. It was ok for the money. I always tip good so it was 60 with tip, but the guy at the register didn’t seem happy that I tipped in the back instead of the register. I still left hurting so I really didn’t accomplish what I needed. The lady was friendly enough but she didn’t say much either. Did spend a whole lot of time on neck or feet. I don’t know if I would go back. I’m sure there’s better places but I bet they are more expensive. I guess you get what you pay for.

Sadly my review isn't just about a bad massage, it's about being violated and being touched in areas where they were asked NOT to touch. This goes above and beyond just poor skills and language barriers. Despite being asked to stop touching, the person kept saying "OK" and kept going. Sadly, Colorado exempts reflexology from Massage laws or else a complaint would be filed. Save your money and go elsewhere.

This is the best Massage place around, by Far. 60min massages are $35 + $20 for a tip. Yes, that 50%. $55 \ Hour is an unbelievable price. So, ya tipping $10 is rude in my opinion. Body work is a hard job, these folks are amazing, its totally worth $55. You Rock Mins!

Been coming here for years and it was great. Great massages and a really great price. Now they raised their prices but almost 30% with no added upgrades or services for the extra cost and the quality of the massages have gone down as well. They also tell you it’s an hour but it’s really 45 min since they start late and their masseuses take a lot of breaks to move around and do things and they still end early and don’t add time for the late starts and all the wasted time walking back and forth to the back. The space is also very run down and looks like it’s falling apart. So charging customers more money and not even giving the customers a full hour and a run down space. I’ll be going to other locations now that are nearby and much cleaner and nicer with actual full hour massages. I will not be returning.

Got the foot Reflexology. It was a wonderful massage and service. Unfortunately, at the end I was hustled to give a 30% or more tip. When the national SPA average is 20% to start.

I have been going here for years now and although I have had some massages better than others, overall, I really enjoy the experience of Min’s. It is always very clean and ever since Covid, they have great protocols so you continue to feel that it is sanitized and clean. A bit pricey but they have great hours and you can usually get in whenever you want to go which is very nice. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately this place has great massages but the customer service is terrible. during my massage, the gentleman who is out front came in and interrupted my massage to tell me my gift card that was purchased for me, for my birthday was stolen. he asked me if I could pay for the massage because the gift card was not valid. After the massage, I confronted the gentleman to get clarification on exactly why he thinks my gift card was stolen after giving him some information like the date, he said oh, never mind your gift card is good my fault. I received no apology, and no compensation for him Interrupting my massage.

We’ve been before as it is in our neighborhood, my wife liked it so I bought her a gift card for her birthday. My wife went in today to redeem and they came in mid massage and told her the gift card was stolen. How completely unacceptable for a place specializing in relaxation. They proceeded to tell her that the gift card could not be redeemed afterwards, that it was purchased by a woman who called and said it was stolen. She had to call me standing at the desk to provide proof of purchase. Honestly, it is 2023 and if you aren’t laundering drug money through your establishment then you have no reason to use this type of accounting for gift cards. Update your system so you don’t accuse unsuspecting customers of being thief’s…The least you could do is offer her a discount to come back again since you ruined her massage. We’ll definitely not be returning. And if I’m being honest, they were pretty short with me when I was trying to buy the GC.

Yeah we had a great massage and tipped 40% and they were unhappy. We have been regular customers and hadn’t experienced this before. It was so awkward and frustrating embarrassing. I was so taken aback that I didn’t really know what to do. If you aren’t happy with what you’re making then you really should just charge more for the massage. The tip is a gift. Like I said—we hadn’t experienced this before so we were surprised but we won’t go back after that.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100 STARS!!! ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Amazing place for an awesome experiences! I try to wear baggy or loose clothing so the neck and back massages are easier. Nice to not have to disrobe and still get a very deep and healing massage. All their staff are excellent at what they do and I offer my true and total recommendation of Min's! Call ahead (Theres a Denver AND an Arvada one) and don't forget to tip their amazing staff! 👍😁👍
