Excellent service and easy booking. Abby was very kind and gentle with laser hair removal. There is a lot of communication to make sure you get what you came in for. I might come back to try another service in addition to returning for laser.

I stumbled upon this gem all thanks to my mother in law giving me a spa finder gift card! Sarah gave me one of the best facials I have ever had! She was so thorough we even went over time so she could tend to all of my much needed extractions. I’m now a customer for life! I can’t wait to go back to try a hydra facial!!

I've been seeing Abby for about 6 months now and my skin has pretty much done a 360. It is so much clearer and brighter than it was before. She set me up with a facial-regimen and a couple of new products that have made such a big difference! Every time I leave I am amazed at the quality of service and lasting results for such a reasonable price. I would highly recommend giving Mint and Thyme a visit.

I don’t know how this place doesn’t have more reviews online. They are amazing! Abby gave me a facial this morning that was the best I’ve ever had. It was very relaxing. And the smells!?!? Heavenly. It was like I was on an aromatherapy journey. Definitely will be back!! If you’re on the fence, please give them a shot. You won’t be disappointed.

Really good services I tried chemical peels and was very satisfied with their skin examination, suggestions and services.. Abby really helped a lot to give the best suggestions after examining my skin. Ended up going for another session with a level-up (from the previous peel, as I selected incorrect peel/too high degree peel for myself , lol)treatment and am really satisfied until now. Hoping to get treated for multiple more sittings and other options now! :) Thanks Mint & Thyme! You're doing a great job!

I came in for the first time recently to get a facial. I might be kind of a tough critic on spa services, bc it's expensive and consequently, I have greater expectations. My biggest issues are when spas 1. gyp you on time 2. poor technique and 3. therapist talking too much or giving off weird vibes. With that said, I was greeted immediately by friendly staff. My appointment was on time. The facility was sort of small, but clean and had a good ambiance. Emma performed the facial, which was amazing and incredibly relaxing (IMO better than the Milk and Honey facial I had previously). She was professional, kind and lived up to my expectations! In the days to follow, my face was still glowing. I bought a couple products that I'm enjoying thus far. The prices are currently reasonable as well. I will definitely return!

I got a customized facial from Anyssa today. She took the time to listen to my concerns and tailor my appointment accordingly. She gave me advice on what to do to improve my skin in the future. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I had Olivia and she was fantastic. I just love that you can book online- so helpful. Relaxing facial, wonderful massage too. The scalp, shoulder, and hand/forearm massage were a nice touch. I loved that she let me relax and didn’t talk. It seems like everywhere you go, the esthetician talks your ear off. Olivia was warm and professional. My skin look really nice, and I can’t wait to go back.

I've been going to Anyssa for a few months now and she has absolutely transformed my skin! I've never had an esthetician who listened to me in the way that Anyssa has, and she's so kind and considerate that I count down the days between my treatments with her! It's extremely clear how much she cares about her clients, and it shines through in the results from her treatments. The rest of the staff is always friendly and welcoming, too!

The place is the BEST! First- you can book online, which makes life so much easier. Everyone if very friendly, the place is clean and very cute. I see Kristyn for monthly facials and she has made sure my face always looks its best. I love the products that they use, and I never feel pressured to buy anything. This charming, centrally located med spa was recommended to me by a friend, and I’ve had several great facials here since then. Trisha, the owner (or one of), was very attentive to my questions and concerns early on. My favorite facial so far has been the Image Signature Image Facelift Peel from Anissa a few days ago — it’s a mild, no down-time peel that produced great results within just a couple days afterward. I’m 50, and this peel took years off my skin. I’ve done TCA peels in the past at other spas, but there is too much down time afterward even though the results are incredible. I’m totally sold on the Image facelift peel! I’ll be back regularly for this one. Also, Anissa is an attentive, thorough aesthetician who I’ll ask for again. Highly recommend.

A BIG disaster. First time there. I arrived 10 min before my appointment and after waiting 5 min after my appointment time (20 mins total) they told me that the specialist had to leave and couldn't take me! Complete disrespect of peoples time and not organized at all. A total joke.

This place is both cute and relaxing. The establishment is clean and well kept. I got a deep tissue massage here, and it was fantastic. Holly found knots I didn't even know I had. I'll definitely be returning.

I love this place! The staff is always friendly and helpful, on the phone and in person. The spa is a relaxing little escape and services are top-notch. I'm particular about where I spend money on these services, as they are a splurge for me, and I keep coming back to Mint & Thyme because it's always a positive experience all around.

I have been seeing Trisha for years. She does my facials, she sets my skin care regimen, and did my laser hair removal. I trust her 100% and recommend her every chance I get. After treatments, people always comment on my skin. It has made such a difference in my face. Even after I moved away from Austin, I see Trisha each time I go back. Mint and Thyme is a comfortable, boutique place with great people running it. Love this place and supporting women in small business.

I highly recommend Mint and Thyme to anyone that is looking for a fabulous facial. The fact that you can customize your facial to meet the needs of your skin type is a huge plus. The products that they use are by far some of the best in the industry and wont break the bank. Ashley has introduced me dermaplaning and it has made a huge difference as I never knew my skin could be so healthy and glowing! I feel fortunate to have found the right place for all for my skin care needs. You wont be disappointed!

I just love this place! It has become my one-stop shop when it comes to spa services. The spa itself is inviting and very relaxing and all of their products are organic and skin-friendly - not to mention they smell and feel fantastic! Trisha's facials are a real treat and I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Plus, they really tailor the experience to your needs, which was great when I was pregnant and could not use a laundry list of products. The whole experience at Mint and Thyme can't be beat - it is the best in Austin!

Suffering from severe acne and melisma, these ladies have made dramatic improvements on my skin from chemical peels and Botox. Services are affordable, make a great changes and such a relaxing experience. I starting brining my friends for birthday facials. Easy to park, centrally located and crisp and welcoming environment! Recommend to anyone! You will see why they are rated best spa in Austin!
