Super cute salon! There’s tons of natural light, great vibes, and some impressive house plants. Easy parking out back, too. But, y’all! My very favorite thing about this salon is booking with Amanda Wilburn. I’ve booked cuts, color, extensions, and blowouts. She makes magic happen each time and I trust her guidance with all things hair! She shares info, tips, tricks, and products that prove she cares about the health of my hair. I got a haircut appointment day of with Joel. I gave him a hard task, cut a short bob with very specific instructions - no angle in the back. Bobs can be difficult to cut to get the correct shape. I previously had a grown out mullet perm and he cut it into a very cute bob exactly how I wanted it. I’ve gotten compliments from everyone I’ve seen since the haircut. Also I’m Asian, and my hair type is different from other textures but Joel absolutely killed it! Would 100% book with him again and recommend to other Asian girlies.

Jay killed it again! I will not get my hair cut by another person for as long as I can help it. She’s consistently given me great cut and color now for over a year. Can’t believe I’m just leaving a review now!

I paid $90 for a basic short men’s cut….I feel like someone should have told me I was getting the worlds most expensive haircut. However, I would recommend this place to anyone from California

Ally M. is amazing with color! I’m not one to get my hair done very often so when I do it’s nice to walk away feeling great. I really like the natural look that I got with this balayage. I would recommend.

I love Mint! This spot is all good vibes with friendly people, great service, good conversation, vibey aesthetics. Amanda has been my stylist for more than a year now and has taken me to platinum blonde, to rich purple, back to brunette. She is an expert colorist and always gives me great cuts as well. She can really do it all! I stan Amanda!!

I see Danny G and he is a wonderful human and happens to do a fantastic job cutting hair and doing color! I have curly hair and it is no mtch for him! I walk out with a great blowout, precision cut and a little spring in my step!

I've been seeing Ally M. about every 5-6 weeks since February 2023 and I have nothing but amazing things to say about my experiences here! The first time I saw her my hair was an absolute MESS. After having dyed my naturally blonde hair a dark brown (professionally), I wanted to go back to my natural color, but I had terrible experiences at a separate salon in their attempts to get me back to blonde. I was afraid to go to a new salon given my prior experiences, but Ally M. did the damn thing. She took my ratty, copper-toned, bird nest of hair and turned it into exactly what I wanted - and more. I cannot thank her enough for her patience, professionalism, and expertise to get me feeling confident again. Her warm demeanor and kind-heartedness made me feel comfortable going to a salon again. I cannot thank her enough! And thank you to all the employees at Mint for Beauty for making me feel welcome!

Mint is such a great salon! The stylists are pros without being stuffy and the vibe is welcoming and laid back. It is a calming space with high ceilings, lovely artwork and the nicest receptionists ever. Obviously the owner is focused on creating a space where the employees are happy in their work. The stylists really listen to their clients, and I always leave satisfied and smiling.

Oh. My. Goodness. I cannot speak highly enough about Danann Patrick and the incredible haircut she gave me! I have curly hair, and it has been such a journey trying to find someone with the knowledge needed to be able to give me a haircut that allows me to continue to try to grow my hair out, but also keep the body and shape that ensures I don't end up with a mullet (admittedly not my style of choice). Danann made me feel heard and so comfortable throughout the whole process. She asked me about my hair goals, coached me through what she was doing and why she was doing it, and even went so far as to give me a sample of the mousse she used so that I could try it at home. I have never felt more comfortable with someone cutting my hair in my whole entire life. I am usually so anxious about the process, but she made me feel so comfortable and I really loved my time in her chair. On top of being absolutely wonderful, she CRUSHED this haircut!! I am so picky about my hair, but it has been three days since I washed and styled my curls and they are still popping. She gave my hair the extra umph it needed and I feel so much more confident leaving it down and curly after leaving the salon. To any curly girly out there, trust me, Danann is the girl you need for the cut of your life!!

This salon is AWESOME. Warm and friendly vibe, and amazing stylists! I highly recommend Danann! She was able to correct my home box dye with a gorgeous balayage and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Could not recommend her more!
