Being a blonde, with wave/curls, mid 50s and a having reputation for “hair” since early childhood means you need an exceptional stylist that gets it and gets you. Natasha has been my ride or die every 7-8 weeks for about a decade. I value her knowledge with hair, products, and styling, staying current, understanding me and making recommendations. And she owns and runs a fantastic salon to boot with great vibes and stylists. 🙏🏻🙌🏻💃🏼❤️

Tried to just get a walk in haircut. Walked in, stood at the desk for a minute and nobody even said hello as I walked in. Went ahead and took a seat because all of the stylists were busy. Sat there for more than 30 minutes without anyone ever even acknowledging that I was there. Several stylists walked by and saw me, but nobody asked me if I even had an appointment or not. Will definitely not be returning here.

I had an awful experience with Kara Ricard/ Kara Christianson . She started to cry and blame me for her having to redo the desired hair color. We spent 6 hours bleaching and treating my hair and it made my hair too light. I am not that old but I definitely felt like an old lady after Kara’s magic. I explained to her and she threw a fit first by denying it was not gray and that it was my perspective, then going through the next stage of crying and blaming herself and then finally faking that she would get it right the next time . rs and I know it takes a few times and techniques to get the right color. The stylist has to be open to feedbacks without gaslighting . After 6 hours she got paid and promised to redo the hair. I didn’t want her to feel worse and didn’t share the feedback about her crying drama the same day but shared it on a text . And that’s it ,, she said she is not going to do it. I spent $250 and got nothing . She has her daughter by her side and didn’t have the knowledge of the hair color profession. And she kept saying. That she has been doing it for 40 years. Turned out a toner would have been corrected it within 45 minutes and Kara didn’t bother know such a basic technique . She made me sit in the chair feeling bad for sharing that the color was too light , while she went from blaming to crying and faking professionalism for 90 minutes. No apologies at any time . Another red flag , she somehow charged me by the hour and made it look like it was a charity case . She is not a knowledge worker like a lawyer or a consultant . I was manipulated by her and scammed for getting overly bleached hair. I spoke to the owner Natasha and shared the feedback . Avoid Kara Ricard / Kara Christianson if you need a professional hair stylist .

I have been going to Mint for over a decade and there is a very clear reason why, Natasha and her team are extremely talented in all aspects of hair. My color and cuts turn out flawless each time and there is no way I would ever let anyone else come close to my hair! Thank you for staying up to date on all trends and new techniques!

Customer service was well however haircut was dissimilar to my prefered appearance. Unless there's no minding any outcome for your hair, I reccomend having prepared multiple refrance photos including all angles of the haircut along with an 'in depth' explanation if you'd like to acheive your desired look. Overall not a bad experience.

Daya is my new favorite stylist! I have thick, coarse curly hair and she gave me a great cut - versatile, current and superflattering. Also, did color and highlights and got it perfectly beautiful the first time, which never happens to me LOL. She's also an incredibly nice person, listens to what you want and offers suggestions that work with your hair type and your personal style (I don't spend a ton of time on my hair but want it to look like I did and she showed me how). I'd absolutely recommend Daya at Mint without hesitation!

I always have such a wonderful experience at Mint! The salon is a welcoming and cute spot. Very clean with a great product selection. Natasha has done my hair for years and I trust her with my style 100 percent. So much so, she did my hair for my wedding where she made me feel beautiful and effortless. Great experience at Mint!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Kara at Mint. Kara is a COLOR EXPERT whose years of experience shows in the way she explains the process and the “why’s “ behind it. I came in for a color correction and first she consulted with me for an hour, explaining how it would work, all the while, asking my opinion. Once we did the color correction, it was a long process and she stayed late into the night making sure that my color would be fabulous. It was! Kara is knowledgeable, thoughtful, professional, kind, and someone with who I trust my hair with, which, for me, is the ultimate compliment.

Kara worked wonders on my hair. She did exactly what I asked for and is extremely knowledgeable in her field. I asked her several different questions about the best way to care for my hair and she was able to answer my questions with explanations as to why it would work. By far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, people often seem intimidated by long hair and she was so excited to work with it. 10/10 will be coming back to see her. My experience at this salon was 50/50. The shape of my eyebrows turned out much better than how my 'go to' baurber previously left them although its is expensiver here and I cant appreciate how thin my brows are. I had specifically asked for them not to adjust the fullness any more than necessary in order to be able to hold a define shape. I hoped it wouldnt take long for them grow out again but considering it has already been a few months and the hair only grew back thinner I was planning on coming back in to have them wax* it into the same shape as beofore but much thicker and have the thin parts filled in with makeup but the salons phones arent being picked up.

So far I have had my hair done by Daya three times and each time I have loved the results and the process it took to get there! Daya is so understanding in what I am wanting or looking for and also gives me advice and tips on how to achieve my best results! She communicates everything perfect and lets me know exactly what is going on during my appointment. These two pictures are two separate times that Daya has executed my desires beautifully.

This salon is amazing! I’ve never once had a bad haircut! And every time I get it cut my stylist tells me if something is off or not right I can come back in and get it fixed! Book here, you won’t be disappointed! I have been going to Natasha ( who is the owner) for years! But I see how amazing all the other stylists are as well. Honestly you can’t go wrong!!!!

Been going to Mint since it opened! My hair always turns out even better than expected, but even better is the friendly warm vibe. You can tell the stylists genuinely are friends and enjoy what they do. Recommend!!

I booked an appointment with Daya after a year and a half of growing out my hair from a previous experience that left me really scarred. She was very kind and reassuring the entire time and walked me through her process every step of the way. I felt heard and she gave me exactly what I wanted and I absolutely love my hair. I could not recommend her more, I've never had such a flattering cut!

I had an appointment here with Kara and she gave me probably the best haircut I’ve ever had!! It was exactly what I asked for and I am in love with it!! I’m hoping I can recreate this look on my own because I’m gonna be so sad to wash my hair since she did it sooo perfectly I’m literally obsessed!! THANK YOU KARA! ❤️❤️❤️

I have been to this salon twice now, and each time I have left extremely happy! The first time I went, I saw Hannah. She is absolutely amazing! She really listened to what I was going for and treated my hair with great care, and cut it exactly how I wanted. She is also so down to earth and really tries to make a connection with her clients. That was the best salon experience I had ever had and also my favorite hair cut -- That is until I went to see Bradley recently. Bradley was absolutely amazing as well! He was so kind from the start and so excited to help me achieve the look I was going for. I went in a little nervous as I wanted bangs, something I haven't had any experience with. He made sure I was absolutely ready to commit to this style. He was honest about how bangs are a big commitment and can be difficult to get used to and style at first, but he showed me how to do work with it and style it myself and made sure I was 100% confident in going through with it before doing anything to my hair. He was super knowledgeable and taught me something I had never even known about my hair. I have very thick, frizzy hair that can be difficult to maintain. He used a certain technique to cut down the bulk of my hair and help thin it out a bit. It feels so much better now. He also showed me how to work with my natural waves and showed me a very simple way to style my hair at home. I loved that he not only made my hair look amazing, but also made sure I left with a new trick that I could do on my own. I will definitely be back! Thank you so much Hannah and Bradley!

I was referred to Natasha by my chiropractor *and* a trusted work colleague right before my wedding in July of 2021. She was an absolute lifesaver, correcting both my haircut & color! Honestly, my hair has never looked better!! I have had services ranging from cuts, coloring & even Brazilian Blowouts — she does it all with tremendous expertise. I highly recommend Natasha & her team at Mint Salon!!!

Megan is wonderful, she was my hair stylist when she was working in Lake Oswego and I liked her enough that I'd drive all the way out here to get my fashion colors done. We did a bright pink last time and people have loved it at work 😊.

There are many hair stylists at Mint Beauty Lounge. My wife and I visit Maria for our haircuts. Book an appointment though the Vagaro app. An appointment is required and Maria is busy, (4 to 5 days out typically) so plan accordingly. I love my hair cut!! Thanks Maria!
